Many artists joined forces to form the Ecole de Nancy and became known in many fields: architecture, cabinetry, ironwork, painting, glassware, etc. At the end of the 19th century, architects abounded in ingenuity and inspiration to make their designs unique works. 5.00We are pleased to have opted for a guided tour of Nancy because we would have missed many buildings and would not have known the history. We were also able to enter places we would not have had access to. In 1 hour and a half we discovered the beauties of art nouveau and learned its origins. We will repeat the experience to discover other facets of Nancy whose riches we have not explored.
