5.0Train was full, so best views were from our seats (open carriage quite crowded). Graham - our driver and guide - made plenty of stops at interesting viewing places, once we were off the train and on our tour. He was genial and full of information! The lunch was good, a thumbs up for the vegeburgers. The visit to sheep station was too short! - lovely, hospitable hosts and very friendly sheep dog (just a little rushed). All in all good value and a great day out.

4.0We were lucky to be in a small group for our day out. The train trip scenery is spectacular in its difference. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made for a good day. It was good to see and speak with the owners of Toby Hill. Their working dog was a treasure. I would recommend the day out.

5.0Our guide, Carmen, was amazing! She made the day so enjoyable. The train ride was nice, and our drive back was wonderful. Our short hike was through beautiful forest and the farm experience with Trevor and Heather was lovely. Castle Hill was so impressive.

5.0The train ride was great, and then the tour surpassed that with the fantastic scenery meeting the keas then a lovely lunch at Arthur’s Pass, next onto Castle Hill. Jude our guide was very friendly and funny, we had such a great day. Had a real sheep farm experience with Trevor and Heather, who were very accommodating also very interesting, and we thoroughly recommend it to anybody interested in a unique experience, well worth the money
