From the ranch you will be taken on a 2-hour guided horseback riding tour through the 'Cunucu' or Aruban countryside with no streets or traffic to where the donkeys, iguanas, parakeets and more live Sometimes we see them.A unique beautiful countryside trail that leads to the chapel with spectacular sites .Enjoy country quietness. Stop at the famous and oldest Alto Vista Chapel (1750) for scenic views and photos. Enjoy the ride along the North coast where the waves crash wildley onto the rocky shores. The terrain is easy to ride.This tour is perfect for beginners and all skill levels are welcome! Galloping is allowed for the experienced riders when possible. (depends on the group) Free round-trip transportation. After the ride come and enjoy a cold drink at our cozy country Bar. For the early riders we also have coffee and thee for sale.

From your Aruba hotel or the Cruise Ship terminal you will be transported to a ranch. situated in the typical countryside of Aruba.You may come with your own transportation too :) Once at the ranch you will complete your waivers and meet your guide and horse. The tour guide will give you instructions and get you mounted on your horse and the adventure will begin! The guide will check how well you and others control their horses and takes it from there. Ride on beautiful trails (no motorized vehicles) through the Aruban countryside, along the rugged gorgeous North Coast until you reach the famous Alto Vista Chapel. Take in the great views and use your camera to take memorable pictures. All skill levels welcome. For the young and young at heart. Children under 5 years old may ride with a parent. We go out in small groups with your comfort and safety in mind. Before and after the ride we have cold drinks, coffee/ thee and our famous delicious Dutch Grilled sandwiches you can purchase at our cozy Country Bar

5.00This tour was amazing! 10/10! The round trip transportation from our hotel made things really easy. The tour itself was incredible. Our tour guide Max was the best! He made the tour so fun and informational. On the second half of the tour, once we got a little more comfortable with riding, he even let us pick up the pace to a canter, it was so much fun! The views of the trip were fantastic! All of the staff was great and the horses were friendly and well taken care off. Would definitely ride with Rancho Notorious again!

4.00Beautiful landscape and a good time. I was under impression you would stop at the church and go inside, that wasn’t the case. I perhaps came to that conclusion on my own but just an FYI. Horses were great and overall we enjoyed

5.00A repeat visit to Rancho Notorious for another ride did not disappoint! This time, I brought a friend who hadn’t ridden in a long time. They had the right horse for her, and she had a fantastic time on the tour. I was able to ride the same horse, Victoria, who was so full of energy, and we also had a great ride. Isa was our guide, she is wonderful! Very helpful, and knowledgeable! Rancho Notorious is definitely a place I will continue to return to for horseback riding!

5.00We loved our ride with our guide Max. He tailored the ride to our level, allowing us to canter a few times and my 9 year old daughter and I were full of smiles. Sweet horses, friendly guide and amazing scenery - through the cactus forest. Wonderful 😍

5.00Our itinerary was changed due to a mountain bike event taking place on or near the route to the chapel. Our guide, Pilo took us to a beach. Nice views with plenty of pictures. Pilo was very attentive to our small group of five with hardly any horseback riding experience. The horses were very calm. My horse, Smurf was a sweetheart. She was small, but had alot of heart and grit. She asserted her place in the pecking order among the other horses. The other riders and I were picked up by Max. He gave us a nice overview of the island and pointed out the highlights on our trip to the stables. This was an excellent excursion! I wish I had booked the Sunset ride as well. I would recommend 100%!

5.00Wow! If you are looking for an amazing off the beaten path horseback riding experience look no further. Nestor was our amazing tour guide, I would highly recommend requesting him. He is knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Weather your experienced or a first time rider you will really enjoy this excursion. This tour takes you through the desert to the chapel and then to the beach for some amazing picture opportunities. The horses get excited once you approach the beach area and will gallop for a moment if you’re comfortable. Such a rush! What made the tour even more incredible was Nestor, wouldn’t go on a another tour without Nestor as my guide, thank you Nestor!

5.00It was an absolute pleasure! Not only was this an extraordinary experience but it also enabled me to cross something off of my bucket list! The owner of the place was very good at teaching me how to handle a horse and how to control it. It was awesome that he was able to explain all the necessary details so in five minutes I was already sitting on the horse. It was great to see how he cared for his animals as the horses were very well trained and his dog always followed him, even on our tour with the horses. The best part was that he had a great trust in us that we were able to control the horses, so although I have never tried to ride a horse before, I was able to do a smaller gallop with him on the end of the day. Thank you so much for all your help! It was a pleasure to ride your horses! Ml Lili

5.00Emma our guide was great and told stories of the horses and their personality traits - it was evident she truly cared for them. All of the horses we saw were healthy and happy. The terrain and sights on our tour was so much better than in Arikok. We will continue to book with Notorious on our yearly Aruba trip. Thanks for the great time!

5.00We have done the other ranches in Aruba and this was by far the best. Nestor, our guide, made us feel comfortable and confident as one of our group members was a nervous beginner. The scenery was amazing, horses were beautiful, and Nestor was so engaging. Make sure you ask him to sing to you! He is a man of many talents.

5.00First, the gentleman who owns this establishment truly loves his animals. His dogs followed along for the visit and they were so sweet. Each horse had its' own personality which he respected and and advised us on how to handle each one accordingly. I would definitely come back for another ride!
