3.00The jet ski was great, however I am not impressed with the customer service. I was given attitude by one of your male staff for being late. However, I did not get an email saying we were supposed to be there at 10:30 so we arrived there for 10:45. Not impressed by that. The other workers were great and those workers provided excellent customer service.
We had a great time on the jet ski and making arrangements was easy.

5.00I had absolutely so much fun with this experience. Towards the end, it started raining. In the rain felt like hail. Trying to come back to shore. It was a little difficult, but I would do it again in a heartbeat.

3.00Book the day of experience. No need to book online. Locals are great to deal with!! . 24hr cancellation isn’t enough time. Plans are fluid in Aruba. One shouldn’t have to lock in.
