In addition to the myriad of sea creatures, there are plenty of intriguing coral formations and interesting wrecks to check out. If you’re looking to dive or snorkel in Aruba, look no further than Nautilus Diving Center in Mangel Halto Savaneta Aruba.
Juan Mora, the owner of Nautilus, is a PADI Master Instructor with 25 years of experience. PADI Master Instructors are divers who are incredibly experienced and can teach others how to dive and experience the wonders of the ocean. We can help you to experience all of the wonders that the ocean has to offer. For those not comfortable with diving, but who still want to see the underwater world in Aruba, we also offer snorkeling tours.

DSD or Discover Scuba Diving is as program from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), the world’s leading scuba diving training organization. It enables individuals who are interested in scuba diving to experience how it feels to dive by carrying out some fundamental training, and completing a number of dives within close and direct supervision from dive professionals. This is not an actual scuba certification; it serves as a quick taster of what it is to dive in the Open Water. This program usually lasts 3-4 hours. We will watch 20 minutes video , read the PADI program book take a quiz . You will get the Certificate of Completion. We will do some skills in shallow water and then we will dive in Mangel Halto Reef.

5.00Amazing first dive experience. I had attempted to do this 20+ years ago on my honeymoon and failed the clear the mask test (I was more scared of things back then). Javier told me right away I was going to pass and took the time to fully explain the tasks all on land first making it a lot easier once we got in the water. He was so patient with me and celebrated every step I took toward mastering the items required to dive. Once I'd passed we dove to an incredible reef and ship wreck and got plenty of time to safely explore the underwater world. I'm hooked! Already looking for a dive certification program back home and can't wait to return to Aruba and show Javier what I can do!

5.00Javier was an excellent host, guide and instructor. Safety was always the priority yet we were able to achieve that in a very enjoyable dive. The equipment was top notch. Highly recommended for non-certified divers.

4.00We did well and were able to dive as planned. The overall experience was good but I think the dive center is a little more amateur and a little more disorganized than we expected. Javier was an excellent guide and we were very happy during the dive. But this logistical issue of round-trip transportation was a little complicated. On the return we also left and there was no unit to return. We had to wait a while but they managed to solve it.

5.00Great experience!! The instructors were so thorough and helpful. They did a wonderful job explaining all the equipment and procedures in and out of the water. They stayed with you 100 % of the time to ensure your safety! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who would like to experience scuba diving!!!

5.00Learned how to surf with our boys. Went 9 meters deep. That’s 30 feet for you American folk. Saw a turtle and lots of fish. The iguanas are cool too! Got cookies and water too!

5.00Absolutely loved it. My son and I went and our guide was fantastic. I would highly recommend this. Very thorough with instructions. The only item that I thought might have been included was some sort of under water pictures. There was another pair that went out with a different guide and it looked like they had a go pro with them that might have been the guides because he was sending them the video. I probably should have brought my own too just in case but that was the only thing missing from this was a picture or something under water. Outside of that, the best instructional dive I have done out of the 4 that I’ve done.

5.00My husband and I had an amazing time! Definitely one of the most fun activities I’ve done in my life, and will definitely scuba again! I felt super safe under Gio’s instruction, and he was very patient, kind, and a joy to have as our instructor! I was very nervous before going, as I had never been Scuba diving before and in past times have not enjoyed be so far from the shore (without being on a boat), (my husband had been before 20 years ago), and they assured me if for any reason I wanted to go back, they would take me back, but once I got out there it was a blast, and the time flew by! You actually feel very safe in all the gear, and having a certified instructor with you, and you adjust to breathing in the gear, they take you at a very good pace, and stay right by your side. The spot itself they took us to was so pretty and fun, lots of fish, sea life, and coral. We were told it’s one of the best spots around the island for scuba, and I believe it! We would highly recommend this experience, as one of the top things to do in Aruba, and highly recommend these instructors. It was our first time here on the island, and the communication and coordination were very helpful! Enjoyed our driver as well, that they arranged for us to be picked up from the hotel! 5 star experience for sure!! Thanks so much! We had a blast!

5.00This was a great experience for me and my daughter. I'm a certified diver without much experience and my daughters first experience with diving. Our instructor, Javier was patient and knowledgeable making us feel comfortable. It was an awesome dive with lots of sea life. They picked us up and dropped us off just as planned. I would highly recommend this dive for a refresher or for people new to diving. It also includes pictures and videos.
