For airport transfers please look for an agent at the exit of the luggage claim area, he/she will be holding a sign with the name you gave for reservation. He/she will escort you outside to the minivan that will bring you to your end destination. For private transfers at the Cruise terminal look for a minivan with the company logo at the exit of the main gate.

1.00After a long day of travel, we splurged on arranging a private car to take us to our hotel. We waited for over 1/2 an hour for the car and the person at the airport was in no hurry to assist us. We should have just taken a taxi.

5.00So perfect!!! The service was excellent and punctual, the board with my name was visible at the airport after the luggage. The only thing is that we waited a few minutes until the driver showed up to pick us up, but that was great time- because kids used the time to go to the toilet :) The driver is a hospitable and very nice guy.
