• Beautiful boat ride.

  A beautiful, relaxing way to see the island from the ocean. They took us to 3 sites where we saw some turtles, a sunken ship and a coral reef with many colourful fish. I deducted a star because we found the music unbearably loud. There were only 4 of us on board, all elderly, and despite asking repeatedly that the volume of the music be decreased, to our annoyance, it was not. Unfortunately that, and the fact that they did not put the sails up, are the only disappointments . The lunch was excellent.

  Our captain was almost an hour late with no apology. Hopefully this wasnt a common occurrence. The young guy was very nice and embarrassed and did his best while we all waited. We didn't get to see any turtles which was disappointing. Going to the reef and shipwreck was amazing.The food was really good to.

• Slow Start, Great Finish

  The captain arrived 40 minutes late without a comment. Once we got past that oddity the trip was excellent. The first mate did a wonderful job making drinks, lunch, and preparing our group for snorkling. We stopped at the SS Antilla, a German 400-foot freighter intentionally scuttled in 1940 during World War II, now lying just off Malmok Beach. Then to Boca Catalina and Tres Trapi for snorkling with a sea turtle and a solid amount of tropical fish.

• Not family friendly!

  We chose this excursion specifically because it was advertised as family-friendly, and given the cost, we expected it to deliver on that promise. Unfortunately, it did not. One of the reasons we selected this option was the mention of stand-up paddleboards, but none were available. More concerning, there were only three children’s life jackets and a single snorkeling mask provided. We had included our children’s ages בעת booking, so we expected that all of them would be able to snorkel at the same time—this was not possible. The crew was friendly and did what they could, but the lack of basic equipment and the gap between what was advertised and what was actually provided made this a very disappointing experience, especially given the price.

  Just as we were about to climb in our taxi, we got a message that our morning sail was postponed for a boat inspection and that we were moved to the evening sail. We had nothing else firm planned so we flexed. They then offered to pick us up and drop us back at the hotel for $10/pp which was better than a taxi. We were clearly late as we got picked up at the hotel after the scheduled boat departure time. The driver was hustling but that was not our only wild ride this trip. (Most bus and taxi drivers were fine). Seconds after my family and another couple stepped on board, the boat pulled out from dock. No safety instructions and we had to worm our way to find seats. On the plus side the guides knew exactly where to find the shipwreck and wildlife on the three snorkel spots. I was very glad we brought our own snorkel masks and flippers and had a clue what to do from a previous trip since very limited instructions were given. No rope or guide in the water as with other trips, but thankfully they did do a headcount before leaving each spot. The members of my family who got the meal they ordered enjoyed the ribs and plantain. There were some headcount issues that showed up in meals, utensils and napkins. It was really disappointing to be overlooked because we didn’t get seats by the cabin. Others had prime seats and got plenty of drinks. I didn’t want to be pushy and ask for too much as the crew already seemed extended. The views, boat experience, snorkeling (including up close sea turtle) and restaurant tip from our driver almost made up for the negatives. If you want things to go super smoothly, maybe look for another tour operator.

  An excellent experience with outstanding food and service. We also spotted several sea turtles, and the crew were truly exceptional.

  What an amazing way to spend the day on the water Aruba! We knew the 2 hour trips weren’t going to be enough. I’m so glad we went with this 4.5 hr trip. Very laid back & relaxing. Includes 3 stops with plenty of time to relax or snorkel. The crew was awesome! They made this experience super personal. DON’T FORGET TO TIP. Equipment included. Lunch items aren’t limited to BBQ only.. There were plenty of other options.

  I cannot stress enough how great this was. Alois and his crew were attentive and amazing. They had a lot of snorkeling equipment, food was great and big portions, and the views and spots were amazing.

  0 stars. They cancelled the tour the morning of because allegedly they didn’t have enough participants for the day. Additionally, they were reluctant to help us find an alternative. Cancelling the morning of the tour is pretty bad business. We were literally already on the way to the marina. Once I raised the issue around how it is such bad business to do that, they said I may be able to find an alternative tour… but rather than lining up an alternative for us, they just told me a bunch of other companies as options. They’re business owners on an island, they know all of their competitors and other relevant companies doing business on the island! If you know there’s alternatives, then the least you can do is facilitate the alternative! THAT would be good business and should be a common practice given you’ve cancelled tours before. 0 stars.

  Gracious crew beautiful boat great food and awesome stops. We have been on many many catamaran cruises, and this is by far the best.
