Our experience was pathetic. Less than 45 minutes prior to our reservation, they cancelled the trip due to choppy water conditions. Since we couldn’t reschedule, I replied to the cancellation email as instructed to ask for a refund. I have reached out multiple times but have not even received the courtesy of a response —72+ hours later. I do not recommend booking this as they do not respond and have not made any effort to refund our $$. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!

Because there were winds, we were unable to go to see the reefs and turtles. We stayed in one spot by the shipwreck the entire time and saw a few kinds of fish only. It was so boring. Half of the people on the ship had to go above deck because it was making people nauseous to stay in one place and his sway. We were so disappointed. We should have been offered a refund because this was not cheap.

Nice experience. After a short boat trip you transfer to the semi submarine. Don't rush for a spot. Everyone has their own seat and window.

Another excellent experience. Saw marine life and divers, a shipwreck and a lovely boating experience. Would do it again. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very fun and Will be booking again when in Aruba.
Best snorkeling experience without getting wet!

This was an amazing experience for those who are scared to snorkel. My husband and I wanted our older kids (19 & 17) to experience underwater exploring but our kids were hesitant about snorkeling, so I found the Semi-Submarine option and it was great!

Quick 15 min taxi from cruise port. Excellent for those leary about snorkeling in open waters. Shipwreck and the reef are stunning. Guide on board was knowledgeable and entertaining

The tour at the **Seaworld Explorer semisubmarine ** is an amazing experience for those who want to explore marine life without having to dive. The boat is comfortable, secure and offers a clear view of coral reefs and underwater fauna. The staff is attentive, informative and makes the ride even more fun. A light, beautiful and perfect activity for all ages. I recommend!

Very educational about sea life and the SS Antilla ship wreck from early 1939. Nice company well done by DePalm tours. Viator books the best companies always. Great transport boat to the viewing site boat.
Definitely a must do trip

Angie is a fantastic tour guide. This is our second time on this tour and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The boats are clean and the captains excellent.

The cruise was nice, we saw allot of fish, turtle en the Atilla. The host told us the history, about the fish etc. Interresting and funny. 👍for Palm Tours but not for you TripAdvisor. You charge $81 pp and Palm tours ( owner of the cruise) charges $49 pp. Why do you charge so much $32 pp more. I allready paid TripAdvisor adviseren because I trust I pay the right price, which is not . So my question is why this price and what are you going to do about it.
