3.00The Butterfly Farm is gorgeous, but not enough time there to shop. California lighthouse area was nice. Tour at Aloe Factory was much too crowded. We. couldn't see what she was explaining and also it was lunchtime so no one was working the area she described. Rock formation stop had a nice little gift shop and snack bar witha great place to sit and relax. The Natural bridge with the snack was great. Nice restrooms (for $1) and nice gift shop. all in all an OK tour. Tour guide was good . Some areas the bus was just to big to navigate. Our biggest complaint was that we were next to last to be picked up and VERY last to be let off. This extended the time by at least 45 minutes. I felt I had read 4 hour tour...we were gone almost 6 hours.

3.00Meetup time was unclear. There was no communication about time, so when we arrived at time of tour we were told we missed pickup and forfeited the tour. Somehow, the first stop was walkable and we met up with group. Guide was not friendly at first. Tour was ok after that.

Off road jeep tour

5.00We did the Jeep off road tours to natural bridge and natural pool in the national park. Jeyson was our guide he was very knowledgable and gave a great tour! We learned a lot and the views were great! Bring towels, natural pool is a little slippery to get in/out. True off road in the park so be ready to shake n bake!

4.00This tour, for the price, was good. I loved the butterfly farm - that was my absolute favorite. The Aloe factory was really interesting as were the sites. The lighthouse - I'm glad we stopped there so we could get food and toilet, but the lighthouse itself is completely wrapped in scaffolding and is really nothing to see right now. Our driver (Louis?) did his best with shepherding so many people. I wish he would have been firmer in setting the ground rules for people who have never taken a bus tour before; pick a seat and keep that seat. The first two stops, people kept changing seats & causing chaos. Also, as many have previously mentioned, it went a little long. But I can't complain, it was worth the money - and then some.

4.00My wife and I booked the UTv tour. It was quite evident that de Palm has a well planned and executed organization. The staff are well trained, courteous and informative. Hats off to Johnnie and Ziggy for hustling mad shepherding a group of ten utvs over three hours. However, the website description of the tour was a bit more docile than the actual pace of the drive. While I acknowledge the tour was stimulating (definitely an adrenaline rush), you are so involved in racing they the terrain you have little time to enjoy the scenery. I hope you have a lbetter experience.

5.00We had truly one of the most memorable and amazing times of any vacation we have ever taken. Mike, Ritchie, and Jason were representatives of the highest standards for De Palm Tours. On top of their professionalism, they were incredibly fun, personable, and down right cool people! We rode front row on the Jeep and Mike was our driver. Mike was amazing! Thank you Mike, Ritchie, Jason and thank you, De Palm Tours!!
