Alto Vista Chapel
At Alto Vista Chapel, the most historical and first chapel in Aruba, you will bask in the beauty and tranquillity of no other location in Aruba. Our tour guides will share the beautiful history behind the chapel known as Aruba's holy sight. You can reflect and meditate in the tranquillity garden just behind the chapel from the outside. Take in the breathtaking view of the coastline and surrounding hills. If you are so moved, light a candle and give thanks for life's experience. During your stop at this breathtaking site, our tour guides will show you the beauties of the landmark, once built-in in 1952 as a tiny stone chapel located on a hillside high above the city of Oranjestad. From a distance, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. Alto Vista Chapel is one of Aruba's National Landmarks. It is still a worship site, yet it is open to all individuals who wish to visit during daylight hours.

5.00Such a fun trip! We got to see and feed goats, horses, and all kinds of four-legged friends. After that, we hopped into a UTV to explore parts of the island you can’t reach by car. The UTV was perfect, especially with the cover—it made a big difference staying shaded. If you’re not looking to be out in the sun all day on an ATV, definitely go with the UTV. The tour guides were fantastic—super friendly and full of interesting information about the island.

5.00Aigil (sp?) and Alex gave us an excellent tour. Kind, friendly, attentive and approachable guides. They kept the group's energy up and the good vibes flowing. They kept the cold water coming so everyone stayed hydrated. This was one of the most fun excursions I have done in my life. Everyone in our group really enjoyed it. (11-43 age span) While my husband would say it's never fast enough, I thought we were keeping up more than enough speed considering the terrain. Honestly, I would have preferred to go a touch slower because I was afraid we would break the vehicle but these things are tough and can take a beating. This is a fast, bumpy and dusty ride with stunning views. They gave information about the island and the sites at each stop. I was very impressed with how proactive the guides were. I had a concern about my vehicle and reported it when we got to the first stop and they immediately swapped it out for me. They had someone capable of fixing the machines along with the group to handle any problems. I like that they provided face coverings a lot. You will taste the dust through it, but that's all just part of the experience! Don't wear anything you plan to wear again on your trip unless you have access to laundry because the dust is no joke. Our last stop at the beach was awesome. The water was refreshing and the waves were a blast. The animals are the sanctuary at the start of the tour were a great bonus too. Horse, donkeys, goats, peacocks, pigs, parrots, monkeys, tortoises, snakes. You get to feed the 4 legged ones a cup of carrots as you walk around exploring the sanctuary. Pro tip: pack some snacks because the only stop where food is available has a long line and your food may not be ready by the time you need to go! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wild ride. I would not recommend this to anyone who isn't comfortable being bumped around for a long time (back or other orthopedic problems for example). If that's not your jam, this is not for you!

5.00It is very adventurous, high energy and lots of dirty fun. You spend the perfect amount of time at each site. Andrew was our tour guide very informative and down to earth. Felt on top of the world. Aruba is beautiful

5.00So much fun! Be prepared to get dirty. I recommend goggles. Swimming spot was beautiful. Our guide Igel kept us laughing, and Alex got tons of great pics for us.

5.00We went to Aruba for a chill spring break, and went on this tour on the second day of our vacation. You start out in a beautiful, quaint animal rescue where you can feed the animals, then hop onto monster trucks! We had a great time at the rescue, and by the time we got on the little trucks, the kids were already super excited. You first go to a beautiful old chapel, and then enter the desert. The desert is full of natural photo opportunities and places for kids to play, but after a few sightseeing opportunities and a souvenir shop, the real fun begins. We scaled an extremely steep mountain, but everyone knew it was safe, since our tour guides, Anthony and Aigil guided us through and made sure we were safe throughout the entire ride. We then drove through the desert on much more smooth ground (after a quick photo and beach stop) and returned to the rescue. Overall, the experience was an amazing, kid-friendly, once in a lifetime opportunity, and we would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to Aruba.

5.00Genuinely some of the most fun my boyfriend and I had on this trip!!! Jason and Alex were the kindest tour guides and made the experience 10x better. It was a lengthy tour and was worth every cent!
