The experience is really special since what we are looking for is to live the barbecue as a local person lives it when visiting a friend at home.

As we do in Mendoza, the owner of the house prepares everything so that visitors can enjoy the food and the place.

One of those special days, when we want to have a good time and we find ourselves around the “barbecue”, snacks and cakes, well watered and with something sweet to snack on afterwards.

Simply what we like and summons us.

You come to my house to eat, as one more friend.

We will take care of accompanying each dish with a suitable wine, in the company of a wine maker. A maximum amount of one bottle per person is estimated

The experience includes a complete Mendocina-style lunch. You will be a guest at my house to share the barbecue and have a good time.

The experience consists of preparing and sharing a barbecue just as we Mendoza do at home, with snacks, cakes, with friends and good wines. One more day, one of those very special ones, when we want to have a good time and we find ourselves around the “barbecue”, picada and cakes, well watered and with something sweet to snack on afterwards.

We really were very well welcomed by the family of Alejandro and Florence, it was an incredible experience in feeling a little bit of this culture Argentina / Mendoncina. We tasted great wines, unique meats and wonderful snacks, and in the end still try a FERNET BRANCA. Thank you for everything and we leave the doors open to retaliate. Bjs stay with God Marco / Ro

Alejandro is a very nice person who likes to welcome people from all over the world to enjoy a unique experience.....UNIQUE! The best roast gastronomic tour where you feel one more of your family. Along with Ricky and Alfred, they make a great team! When I return to Mendoza I will definitely try your excellent roasts again!
