For thousands of years, human beings had a personal relationship with the night sky—a relationship that, over time, we have forgotten. At **Bajo la Noche de Atacama**, we believe it is time to recover that connection.
We don’t just want to talk about distances, temperatures, and sizes; we want to show you what cannot be seen. That’s why, through a human-centered narrative and astronomical observations with the naked eye and telescopes, we want to create an experience that will bring you closer to the sky.
Our tour includes:
- Stargazing sesions
- Observations through automatic telescopes
- Astrophotography session
- Coffee break with hot drinks, reserve or grand reserve wines, and sweet and savory snacks
- A campfire to end the observation
- A space for you to enjoy the sky however you wish
All of this in an unhurried experience in a natural space specially adapted to respect the environment, free of noise and light pollution.

The experience: A night under the Atacama sky in a quiet place and away from light pollution, and alongside people who love to look up at the sky. During our tour we will: - Laser pointer naked-eye sky observations with specialized guides in astronomy and sky observation - Observations through automatic telescopes of deep sky objects and solar system - Astrophotographic portraits: 1 photograph per person + 1 photograph per booking at least. - Campfire accompanied by reserve wines, hot drinks and snacks. We have prepared a detailed description of the experience on our website, so that you really know what we want to do and know that this is the observation experience you are looking for. 5.00Rodrigo was great at explaining the night sky and helping us see the constellations in the best possible way! Loved our experience, everything felt catered to provide us an excellent experience down to the blankets to help keep us warm while we observed the night sky.
One of the highlights of the trip. Rodrigo has impressive knowledge and the telescopes are powerful. Small groups.

If you want to meet a passionate expert in astronomy, view the night sky as you have never seen it before and take away stunning photos and wonderful memories, this is the tour for you. We can't praise Rodrigo and Pablo high enough.

5.00We absolutely loved our stargazing with Rodrigo. He has a wonderful calm energy, voice and presence. And his knowledge is incredible! We were lucky to have the perfect conditions for the Night Sky, but I think even on an imperfect evening, you would have a great time! It was so kind of him to show us how to use our phones to take photos. The professional photos they took were awesome! The snacks and drinks were a bonus :) thank you so much, Rodrigo!

5.00It was a special and exciting experience. Don't stop doing it! Our 13-year-old daughter loved too. Transport to the very good place, attentive and punctual. Guia was an expert in the sky of Atacama and in constellations, he wrote a book. It was magical! We had two giant telescopes at our disposal. I expected a little more from the tasting, but nothing that disabones the tour.

5.00we had a great time! it was a really great experience for people who live in cities especially, and never get to see stars like that. one thing that surprised me is how clustered the stars really are, they don’t look that way a lot of the time because of light pollution. Rodrigo was great! he had a laser pointer that made it really easy for him to guide us in learning about the constellations. he was happy to answer any questions, and was very kind. the wine and snacks were a great addition to the event and it helped make the groups more comfortable! some notes so that you are prepared: we went in april and it was freezing outside. i would wear layers. they provide blankets, but even with a light puffer, t-shirt, and jeans i was cold. they also don’t provide hot chocolate and tea till the end, so don’t expect to have that warming you up in the beginning. the driver picks up everyone in a specific order, so you may not be picked up right at 7:40pm. it really depends on if you are the closest or the furthest from the observation sight. **The picture taken by the photographer are included

5.00It was an amazing night! Guide Rodrigo has a brilliant mind, a level of knowledge and impressive details, as well as being very welcoming and humble. His voice and his way of telling invite to lose himself in the vastness of the night firmament. I would definitely repeat the experience and bring other people with me!

5.00Amazing experience. Rodrigo was incredibly knowledgeable. Would recommend this tour to anyone whether you’re solo traveling, a couple or with family. Driver picked us up and dropped us off to the hotel. Wine and snacks once we arrived. It was a 10/10 experience!!
