Create lasting memories on the white water rivers of Jasper on this 3-hour Athabasca River Canyon Run. Your guides are trained and committed to sharing incredible white water rafting experiences with you and your family. The magnificent scenery of the Canadian Rockies and Jasper National Park surrounds you while you raft. Look for wildlife along the river banks or simply enjoy the lively white water rapids.

Late and No Show Policy - Please double check the date, time and pick up location on your confirmation. Our primary pick up location is the RV Parking Lot and scheduled departure times are based on this location. Out of respect for other guests, we ask that all participants arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. If you have chosen a pick up location other than the RV Parking Lot, please note the pick up time for your location. There will be no refund provided if you arrive after departure time or do not show for the date and time of your scheduled trip.

Starting at the base of the Athabasca Falls, you'll raft 15 km down the majestic Athabasca Valley. This 3-hour round trip provides spectacular canyon scenery that combined with moderate rapids, make this an adventure trip ideal for the whole family. After a 30-minute bus drive from town, you'll be suited up in your rafting gear and receive a safety talk. Then there is a 5-minute portage down a road (built for Marilyn Monroe!) to the river. The river trip starts with the first set of rapids only being seconds away. Once these rapids have soaked everyone in the raft, you'll find yourself in a spectacular canyon only seen from the river. For the next 30-minutes, a combination of rapids and flat sections you can enjoy the scenery and enjoy the natural surroundings. It is just you and the river. The Falls trip ends with another set of rapids and amazing views of the Athabasca River valley. Once back on the highway, it is about 20 minutes to the townsite.

5.00This trip was so wonderful. We booked early in February and the booking process was smooth and easy. Directions on what to expect, what to wear, what to bring/leave at home, where to meet were clear and easy to follow. The outside temp was 50F and water was 4C, and we appreciated the full wetsuits, jackets, booties, hats and gloves to keep us less freezing :) The guides were great as well! They prioritized safety and then also allowed us to have a great time. We especially enjoyed the conversation on the smoother sections of our trip - learning about the mountains, trees, local wildlife, town of Jasper etc. Our kids (11, 14) had a blast working hard to paddle and getting soaked up front! The class 2 rapids on this river were perfect for some adventure but also no danger - good for our youngest. We appreciated our guides - ainsley, Nick, Coleman and Aaron who made our time in Jasper wonderful!

5.00One of the highlights of our trip - we've never done any rafting before, so this was perfect for beginners. It felt like a very easy but fun roller coaster on water with stretches of meditative floating. I went with my parents, who are in their 60s and 70s, and this was doable for them. The water is cold, and at a certain point, they let you go into the water if you want (while holding on). I would recommend a bathing suit as they suggest on their listing - changing while damp and also trying not to expose yourself isn't easy, so I think a one-piece bathing suit would feel less exposing. Molly was a super chill guide with a sense of humour. I want to do Class 3 rapids now! Recommend doing this experience

5.00Such an amazing experience! I was a bit worried about my 9 year old, but he had a blast! He even sat at the front of the raft catching all the waves. Its definitely an experience he will never forget. Seb and Molly were amazingly informative and friendly, not to mention hilarious. They kept us safe and laughing the whole trip. I will definitely be coming back for a more intense run with my husband. And too think I was scared at first. It was truly a wonderful experience. 10 of 10!

5.00We did this trip during our stay in Jasper and it was one of our favourite days! Will 100% do it again when we’re next in Jasper. Our guides David, Ainsley, Annaja and Eddie were all super lovely people and very engaging and entertaining! They kept the adventure fun, informative and safe. We had great chats with David in our raft while we enjoyed getting soaked in the rapids! All equipment and kit was provided which made it super easy for us as we were travelling from Scotland so couldn’t carry anything with us. Just make sure to bring your trunks! Thank you so much! We will be back!
