5.00Try professional driver, good communication. Our only difficulty was longer walk than expected to vehicle as we were exhausted from long travel and have mobility difficulties.

5.00I had the wrong wharf that I told the driver and we were able to communicate with each other and he drove over to get us! Very personable and considerate. Very reliable driver! Did a great job! Highly recommend him! Mr. Muhammad was our driver.

5.00Our driver from the Auckland airport to our hotel on the wharf was wonderful. He communicated with us days prior to the pickup to confirm, and then also on the day of pickup. He shared a picture so we would know where to meet him and what he looked like. He helped us with our bags, gave us information on the city as we drove, was friendly and personable. We would definitely use this transfer again.

5.00Driver and vehicle information was confirmed the night before pickup, and the pick-up process went smoothly. The vehicle was comfortable and large enough to accommodate all our luggages (4 large luggage and 3 carryon suitcases), which our driver kindly helped us load on and off the vehicle. We were so pleased with the service that we reserved a ride to the airport with the same company right away!

5.00Booked a transfer from the Auckland port to the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. The driver (Ashwin) was on time, friendly and welcoming. The vehicle was perfectly clean. I give Brightlane an A+++ rating.
