Truly a memorizing experience. Pick up was smooth and we appreciated having Jaime do all the fretting about getting us there and back with convenient stops. The caves were magical. Ross at Spellbound was a true guide through the glowworms and cave formations and conveyed his family's connection to the land. I loved learning all the details of the site and his banter. Worth the time in the van and all day venture from Auckland.

This was a fantastic trip and our driver Jason was friendly and helpful. Pre tour communication was excellent, pick up was on time, the bus was clean and comfortable with usb charging ports. I chose this specific tour as I wanted to take photos and you are unable to at the main Waitomo caves. I had contaced thr caves directly and asked who they recommended Expedigo.The caves themselves were amazing. If your are wanting to do more than just take a few phone pics let them know when you arrive at the caves and they will make sure to let you know all the best spots etc. They also have some tripods set up you can use. I will absolutely be back and do this again.
