Hoover Dam
Perhaps the greatest feat of American engineering and certainly an icon to this day, the Hoover Dam must be seen up close to be appreciated. Take a 1/2 day sightseeing drive to Hoover Dam, or include it as a stop on your way to Grand Canyon West Rim. At the dam, park and walk onto the wall to appreciate the sheer size and magnitude of the project. You will want to take photos from different vantage points around the dam to capture many fascinating details.

5.00I would HIGHLY recommend this for anyone driving from Las Vegas to Hover Dam and the West Rim. The narration coupled with turn-by-turn directions made the road trip totally enjoyable. What a deal for under $20. Only hiccup was the updated pricing of the West Rim access. The audio did a great job setting expectations of the pricing, but the four of us had to pay almost double what was mentioned in the audio as the Indian reservation changed pricing in May 2025 by only offering one combined price which was about $120 per person.

3.00Start it before you leave you place in Las Vegas as it does not sync to where you are . We went for lunch and had a hard time getting things synced so we could listen to the guide.

5.00Do not go on a tour with other people! Guaranteed to have a blast with all the stops you could want! GPS and factual info provided on this recording! People were shocked with how much I knew on the background of the sites offered! We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the trip! 15 bucks is a drop in the bucket to have spent! Do not have high expectations of the restaurant food at the Grand Canyon (no that’s not Viator’s issue but worth mentioning lol)
