  To start with, our departure was rather messy as the bus was late, and seemingly it took some time for the organizers to decide what to do in terms of merging two different activity groups. Once arrived to the spot with sleighs, it took again ages for the staff to decide how to organise themselves. One was new and needed to be briefed, another had forgotten his keys. While young guides may be very competent when professional, NUT staff were more like a bunch of young adults having found an easy come easy go job which they did not take that seriously. The WORST was that the excursion did not correspond at all to what had been promised: * We were supposed to go to a "magic frozen lake" far away from the residential areas and their light pollution -> in reality the spot we were taken to was indeed very close to the motorway and the airport...? * The ad said that after arriving, the tour guide would tell us stories and tales of the Northern lights. -> Well, this is total BS as no one told us anything at all. * Officially, we were supposed to be waiting for the Northern lights appear while warming up ourselves with hot blueberry juice and gingerbread, listening to stories once more -> In reality, we did definitely not wait for more than 10 minutes in the spot we had been taken to. No juice was offered to us there in order to be able to wait, as promised, but only at the snowmobile parking once back, and stories and tales were again shining with their absence. Me and my two sons - young adults about the same age than the staff - were super disappointed with the tour. Given it's high cost, this was a total rip off, there is no other way to put it. Use NUTs, you'll get NUTS!!!

  Worst experience ever. Already when we arrived the lady that handed out the suits was super unfriendly. We booked this tour for the northern lights, obviously knowing that its not guaranteed HOWEVER if the forecast is already saying that its cloudy and there is a 0% chance of seeing them a refund or at least a discount should be offered. Its also advertised with a BBQ (of course again, we were not expecting a 5 star buffet) we got served one sausage (we asked for a 2nd one) and some marshmallows and that was it. As the sky was so cloudy the tour guides also didnt even search for the lights as they knew we werent gonna see them. Absolutely not worth it. Spend your 80 euros elsewhere.

  Despite of not seeing Northern Lights, the experience of doing de bonfire together with the staff was pleasant. Thank you Daniel, Max, Julian, Sam, Matous, and specially Davide for your patience and the birthday cake. They all provide u material for the cold and they pick you up.

  The evening with bonfires in the snow and especially the view of the northern lights was beautiful. Also accessible for children. Matteo and Clement, the guides, were very kind, attentive and nice; they also spared no effort in taking photos of the whole group and meeting every need. The visit to Santa’s village, was very nice even if in November there is no Christmas atmosphere that normally prevails. Fortunately the difference was made by Lorenzo, the guide, who made us visit everything explaining in detail and, above all, entertaining the little girl who was with us. Lorenzo, like his colleagues, spared no effort in taking pictures of us and making sure the program was satisfactory. I highly recommend Nordic unique travels !

  Transfer to and from Arctic Igloos were no problem. Malcolm was a fabulous guide providing a lot of information on the area, Northern Lights and other trips in the area. We were taken to the main Nordic Unique office to put on winter kit, very clean and organized layout even with multiple trips getting ready we were provided the attention needed to get ready. My husband, daughter (7) and I each were provided warm clothes for the experience. Malcolm and Leah drove us out to a beautiful Reindeer farm where we were met and the tour was explained to us. The skies were clear when we started out however clouded up on the way back. No Northern Lights this time - still had a wonderful time in the silence of the dark forest. We were able to warm up with some warm raspberry juice and snacks while learning more about Reindeer farming and the family which has owned the farm for a long time. All in all wonderful event with memories that will last forever.

  I participated in 3 of their company's tours, with ice hiking and fishing fish, polar photography group as well as deer, hazzhi snowflies and polar zoo, their WhatsApp Chinese customer service is very good, patiently recommended me the suitable trip, I met Alexandra & Bilydia to take us to ice lake fishing, and Naomi & Chinese guide Aguero to take us to see polar light, take professional photos! There is also a Taiwan guide Elmira took me to go with the deer and haschish snowmen and the polar zoo, the guides are great! The point is that they will provide professional warm-up sneakers on each trip, which is why I decided to book their home! 7-10 degrees below zero and outdoors to pursue the extreme light, no professional snowwear really can not... and the website is simple Chinese! Glad to watch! The only thing that is insufficient in China is that there are a little too many Polaroid people. Some Chinese landers have poor quality, one of the landers put the child to sleep on the big bus, but shouted to everyone to help him find, the attitude was bad.
