5.00Great experience with them, communicated with us from the start, the pick up and drop off was flawless and happy driver who was polite and friendly. The lunch that was arranged with them was great much more than we had expected to get. Would highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future.

5.00We had a fantastic experience. Communication was fantastic. Our driver Sebastian picked us up at the hotel exactly when promised. He was very pleasant and informative. We skipped the massive queue at Auschwitz-Birkenau and went straight through with our group. We opted for the packed lunch and it was fantastic value for money. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

5.00The driver was very helpful and on time. Inside the memorial we had a very nice guide, who spoke good English and gave us a lot of explanations. We recommend an organized tour to the museum, otherwise you need to stay in the line for a while.

5.00Having been recommended to us by friends who had used Michael before myself and my wife booked Auschwitz for one day then Zakopane the next. Communicating with Michael was professional and prompt. He quoted us the exact prices in Euro and Zloty. Both of which where accurate and payable in cash to driver once they drop you back. On the Auschwitz day we had Robert who messaged me the day before along with Michael stating collection time from hotel. At the agreed time Robert was there. And provided us information on the journey to the Auschwitz museum. The level of service is fantastic. You're never worried about being left etc. Robert waited for us after the museum and Auschwitz 1 tour. Then he was there to drop us to Birkenau..after which I messaged him to say we where leaving and again promptly appeared to drop us straight back to hotel. At which we payed. We had Lucas for Zakopane and Thermal Bath.. Again lucas similar to Robert.. dropped us to location, advised us on how long we had to free roam and what time to be back at van. Lucas was brilliant too, very friendly and informative and happy also. The two guys are an asset to Michael and the tour company in general. Both easy going and friendly. I cannot praise the level of service enough. The guys are brilliant and would definitely recommend to others and use them again myself. Thank you for making our Krakow stay as memorable as you have.

5.00Definitely recommend Michael Kr, found him on Facebook after seeing a lot of positive posts booked him myself, Communication was great, pickup driver lovely, packed lunch was good value!! Only negative being we felt a bit rushed around the museum, not through the company as the tours have limits but would love to go again and try without a tour!

We did both Auschwitz and the salt mines but on different days and can't fault the service by Michal Kr, I booked both trips through Facebook and the communication was fab, recieved a message off Michal 24 hours before and then on the evening before I recived texts from the driver confirming times! The drivers were both punctual and the car very clean! The drivers made sure they showed us where to go and were to meet them after the tours! Honestly cannot fault the service and would highly recommend anyone going to Krakow to use Michal Kr
