Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Time of pickup might change, it depend, from exact time of entrance to the Museum and order of hotel pickups. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, especially our driver Jan who was extremely kind, polite and shared lots of info about the visit. Also the guide was fantastic and all together made a trip to remember. Could not recommend it enough!

Great service all round. Communication was great from the start with What’s App message received not long after booking. Communication, as promised, the day before the trip was detailed and outlined all the information we needed. On the day, Igor our driver, picked us up on time and provided us with a detailed explanation of how the day would run. He was extremely helpful and provided great customer service throughout the trip. Would use this company again.

It is a very moving experience and whilst the history is horrendous, our tour guide delivered this in an empathetic way that enabled you to feel at ease throughout the tour. Her knowledge was amazing! My husband is a history teacher who has taught this topic for 20+ years and he came away knowing so much more.
