Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.

5.00Very good transport and preparation for issues. We unfortunately had a taxi break down but we had a new car within 15 minutes and still made it early. Greg and Victor were both very helpful in keeping us right and sharing their knowledge. Despite the very small incident they still deserve 5 stars and we would encourage you to use these guides.

4.00Picked up by our driver Daniel at exactly the time quoted. He was extremely friendly and informative. The guide at both Auschtwitz and Birkenau was Olga? who was excellent. Hughly recommended!
Go to Auschwitz but not worth extra money for small group.

4.00Aushwitz guides were amazing. Well worth the trip. However our drive was disappointing. I expected at least some conversation., history, or something. Instead he was texting while driving, constantly beeping his horn, and being in patient with other drivers. I did not feel safe with him.

5.00Our tour was very well organised from communication before going, iur driver and tour guide. We were pre warned that we could be picked up earlier than booked. We were collected at 5.45, however in hindsight it was for the best as it was very busy with lots of other tours. We were back by 1pm so had the afternoon free to do our own thing. If you are thinking of going to Auschwitz then be very respectful and understand what the horror of what went on there.

5.00Very well organised trip. Plenty of communications and updates. It’s a long day and lots of time outside so appropriate clothing and footwear is advisable. Would certainly recommend.

5.00Daniel was our guide and driver. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Looking after us very well and very patient with people from our group who managed to stray away. We felt safe with his careful driving in bad conditions. And he showed out lots of sights on the drive that were not included in the trip

5.00Picked up on time from our hotel, our guide had our tickets and we walked straight in - another guide took us round both camps and was so knowledgeable and informative- we saw everything and more - would highly recommend this trip - very humbling indeed

5.00I went on my own. It was my first time in Poland. My street did not allow private vehicles . I was met outside my hotel by the driver. Excellent communication and service from the tour guide. The tour itself was good with time for yourself.
