Your tour begins with picking you up from the specified address you choose. Time of pickup might change, it depend, from exact time of entrance to the Museum and order of hotel pickups. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located 65 km from Kraków, in Oświęcim. The journey to The Museum will take about 1h 20 min. During the road our driver will explain to you everything about the tour, what it will look like step by step, and answer all your questions. Before your tour starts, you will have a 15-minute break for the toilet.

The first part of your tour is Auschwitz I, the former main concentration camp. You will learn everything about the beginnings of the concentration camp in this place, as well as about various things that happened there. The main part of the exhibition is located here.

5.00Heard many stories of tours being cancelled at last minute. Needn't have worried. Jan our driver kept in contact by WhatsApp. He arrived at our pick up exactly on time, was very polite and friendly and explained everything about the day. The tour itself was very emotional, as expected. The tour guide was extremely informative and answered many questions from the group. Organised like clockwork from pick up to drop off. Will definitely use Touristico again on our return visit to beautiful Krakow. Big thanks to Jan for your help and assistance. You are a credit to the company

5.00Very smooth arrangements with Jan. Good communications via WhatsApp before departure as precise times are not known time of booking. It is a long trip an hour's drive from Krakow centre to Auschwitz. Jan arranged a nice fat lunch for an additional £10. Tour guide at both locations was very professional.
