For this Auschwitrz-Birkenau Private Tour from Krakow we will collect you by a private car/minivan directly at your hotel / apartment in Krakow city centre. Our English speaking driver will take a very good care of you, making sure that this tour is 100% hassle free for you. The tour includes visiting both parts of the Camp with a licensed local guide in English: Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. The tour of the camps is conducted in a group. After completing your tour, you will have time so you could contemplate your experience or visit a local bookshop.
IMPORTANT: You must provide names of all participants as entry tickets are named. It is required by the Museum to have your passports/photo ID on you for the tour. Otherwise you won't be allowed to get in the Museum.

We learnt so many things talking to him during the drive and it added a lot to our experience and understanding of Krakow, Poland and Auschwitz - Birkenau. Highly recommended both as a driver and as a guide!

5.00Me and my daughter came to Krakow from the U.S. and spent 2 days touring with Tomasz. We went to the Salt Mine, Auschwitz/Auschwitz II Birkenau, and Black Madonna, painting the of the Virgin Mary in the fortified Baroque Pauline monastery of Jasna Góra, in Częstochowa. Tomasz was an exceptional driver and guide. His English is perfect, he has so much knowledge of the area and was great company on the drive! I feel like I am leaving Poland with a friend.

5.00Did Auschwitz which was so well organized and informative. Our guide Thomas was fantastic and we had him on a tour to zakopane as well! Both times were great. He is very knowledgeable and an expert guide.

5.00Paul was a fantastic host and driver to Auschwitz. He shared information about Poland and history of the Polish people with us. He was kind enough to stop at one of his favorite restaurants so we could eat lunch. We then stopped at a grocery store to get refreshments. Lastly he took us to one of his favorite spots. A beautiful lake view. You will not be disappointed in hiring this staff for your transportation needs.

5.00Ralph was an excellent host. Very helpful, patient and interesting. Nothing was too much trouble and he ensured that everything was sorted for us. The hospitality was excellent and the recommendations for transport, etc. were much appreciated. 100% recommend!

5.00This was definitely the best, stress free enjoyable way to visit Auschwitz. We were given clear instructions on pick up times , to suit us and Tomasz was always very punctual. He was a great guide with exceptional knowledge of Krakow and his country. He looked after us very well making sure we were accessing the correct tour for us, with tickets already booked by company- and being available when we were ready to leave. Car very clean and comfortable with cold water provided. Would definitely recommend Prime tours if you are visiting Krakow. Thank you Tomasz.

5.00My daughter used Prime Tours almost 10 yrs ago hence they came highly recommended. We had airport Transfers to and from our hotel with Prime and a private tour of Auchwitz and the Jewish Ghetto, along with a trip to the Schindler factory. All our tour guides were excellent and knowledgeable so a big thanks to Anne, Rafel and Thomas. All pick ups were bang on time. I would highly recommend Prime the initial correspondence was clear and details and prices clearly laid out in pounds and Polish currency. We were very well looked after. Thanks Prime Tours

5.00We booked 2 trips with Prime Tours, Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines on 2 separate days. We were a group of 4 and booked a private transport so were collected in a very comfortable air conditioned mini-van. Everything from the pick up time was seamless. Our driver Tomaz was absolutely amazing! He picked us up, informed us of the itinerary and even told us he would like to make a pit stop on the way to show us an extra piece of the city. The whole journey he was able to answer all our questions about particular buildings and was very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend Prime Tours if visiting Krakow, from start to finish they organised everything to a tee and made the whole experience smooth sailing and thoroughly enjoyable.

5.00As difficult as it was, this is a must when in Krakow. I would do it with no one else other than our driver/guide, Tomasz. His English is perfect, he is professional yet personable, friendly, and shares historical and personal stories of his culture. Once in Auschwitz, a tour from their museum is given, but Tomasz’svan comfortably fit all five of us. He always had cold water on hand and left in time to stop for snacks on the way if we preferred. We fell in love with krakow and if (when!) we come back we most certainly would do another tour specifically with him!
