During the 2-hour hands-on cooking class, guests will learn to cook three traditional dishes from scratch. The menu is simple, easy to recreate, and suitable for beginners. 5.00If you are staying in Gjirokaster even for one night you should join this cooking class. Evisa creates an intimate, friendly environment where you learn not only about the recipes but about the culture & history of the food. She catered to our vegan diets and the food was traditional and just delicious. Thank you so much Evisa, we hope to come again.
