We will begin our journey with a visit to a local market, where our expert guide and host will help us to select fresh ingredients needed for the cooking class. Once we’ve gathered everything we need, we’ll head to a cozy local house to begin our cooking experience. Here, we’ll have the chance to work with a skilled local woman, who will share with us the secrets of traditional Armenian cooking techniques and ingredients. After all that work in the kitchen, we will get to enjoy the meals we’ve prepared, accompanied by excellent Armenian wine. And if you’re curious about the recipes, feel free to ask so you can impress your guests when you’re back home.

5.00We did a 6-day tour through Armenia, our guide was Arthur. The trip was simply amazing from start to finish. Armenia is a beautiful country with stunning scenery and friendly locals. We did hiking, touring and food and wine tasting. We were very well looked after by our tour guide - he was very knowledgeable and proud of Armenia. Our accommodation was really good, especially our country home stay - food was all home cooked and produced. Cascade Travel were excellent - very caring, flexible and experienced. We were so happy with the whole experience - what a great time we had!
