Patrick was an incredible guide with so much knowledge not only for food but any question you had. He made the experience feel like a group of friends were getting together for some food, it was lovely. It didn’t feel like you were walking way too much. The places to eat were at a good distance. The dishes were versatile from noodles to broths to dumplings in different forms and even grilled vegetables. The deserts and beer was very delightful.
