Panama City
The Journey from the city to san blas is about 2.5 hours. We will begin our trip at 5AM. Pickup times are from 5 - 5:20AM. Please make sure to be ready and waiting at the lobby of your building. Our drivers will contact you the night before and in the morning as they are arriving. Keep in mind sometimes there can be delays if customers make us wait and are not ready. For the reason we urge all customers to be up and ready at 5AM.

5.00I was very impressed with the respect with which the agency introduced us to the community, it doesn’t feel like an invasive tour but like a real visit... watching the kids play and the ladies knitting is something you don’t forget. The guide explained stories of the region that make you see the islands with different eyes. A journey with a lot of soul, very authentic 🫶

5.00On time and honest, thanks to the agency we passed the region without messes, visited pelican and natural pool, bring water and whatever you want for the trip because everything is expensive... the guides behaved super well with us

5.00We were looking for something authentic and away from the great hotels and the noise of the city, pelican island is exactly that! It is small, rustic and surrounded by blue water that looks like it was taken from a movie, I was impressed by the logistics, our guide Marcel does not speak English, but towards the effort to communicate, they pick you up at the door of your hotel and take you to the boat without having to worry about anything... ideal for those who want total peace

5.00All super well coordinated. We passed the control of the Shire without problems, the driver drove carefully and we arrived early to the port. Pelican Island is a jewel, fried fish with delicious tostones and an amazing atmosphere

5.00Too much top todooo!! 🤩 Pelican is mini but it is the best of the best, the team solves everything by whatsapp and you do not have to be dealing with anything in the port, all I tell them is to prepare for the sun that is strong

5.00If you want upload tiktoks in real-time, forget it, there’s zero signal in san blas...but honestly? It was the highlight of my trip, pelicano island is basically a tiny sandbar in the middle of paradise. Pure magic.

2.00Very disappointed, I booked this specific one cuz it said its in spanish and english, but the tour guide didnt even speak a bit of english and I had no idea what was being said, which was the issue for most of the other english speaking people. I also was really excited to get to see starfish as described - "star fish natural pool where you will be able to snorkel and see star fishes (availability depends on weather)" The weather was perfectly calm but Im not sure we even stopped there - it was a mix of different paid tours together on one boat, and we did not have snorkel gear by the natural pool... I tried asking tour guide and he seemed to be saying the starfish arent in that spot ... but im not sure why we didnt get to see it, as it was what I was looking forward to. I asked for a partial refund since I dont think the trip was as described but no one ever answered any of my messages. Not saying the islands werent beautiful, its definitely worth going, but just saying all these tours are pretty much the same thing, and combined onto one boat.
