Roberto was a great guide. We were able to be up close to the animals with the private tour. Much better than the large bus tours that were there at the same time. Definitely recommend!
Safari admission not included, transport vehicle needs to be full size and fully operational

We reserved a tour for safari for 4 adults. We choose to do it privately because we didn't want to be crammed in a bus from the cruise line. Little did I know 3 adults would be in the back seat of a small SUV. When we went to get into vehicle, only one of the back doors opened and we all had to enter through the one door, which was tough. Friend has a bad knee and because of this, she has to get in last and out first. My husband is a big guy, he had to get in first and slide over all the way. I was cramped in the middle. Not comfortable for more than an hour drive each way. We also didn't realize that we would still have to pay to get into the safari. For over $400, I would have thought that would be included or clearly stated that it wasn't. We were told that was considered personal expenses, I don't get it. Description also says water provided. I had to ask for it, they didn't have it so driver went and purchased it. Guide was very nice, pleasant and informative. Tour description needs to clearly state this doesn't include admission to park. Vehicle was too small and the fact that one of the back doors didn't work made the situation even more difficult, even for asomething as simple as a bathroom stop.
