5.00Inés was great! The tour was so worth the price! The tour was originally scheduled for Avila and Salamanca however was changed last minute due to not having the minimum participants required . The tour operator was communicative and made sure to let us know what other trip options were available instead. We picked Cuenca and vineyard. The town of Cuenca is beautiful and has a fascinating history. We stopped to have lunch in the town and the pesto pasta was so delicious. The restaurant was a local place and not touristy making it a more unique authentic experience. The vineyard trip afterwards was amazing too. Enrique the wine maker is a man of many talents (artist also). We got to sample is homemade natural wines and got to eat some delicious tapas. Enrique was very generous with the wine! Thank Inés for putting it all together in short notice and still making it an amazing experience! Best tour ever!
