Our group of 9 hikers tested the Cambodian cooking class at Paper Tiger under Channy’s catchy and didactic leadership with her good communicative humor. And then came the tasting of our 3 dishes made, it was a very nice taste discovery.

Sinuon was our teacher and she was great! Each person can choose their own appetizer and main course. I made Green Mango Salad and Fish Amok. I chopped most of the veggies and spices/seasoning. We made Amok paste. Everything was delish. We had banana flambé with passion fruit and coconut cream for dessert. Too much food for one person to eat, so come hungry! Directions weren’t precise. Google Maps took us to Amok restaurant. Class is at Paper Tiger a couple of restaurant down Pub Street.

Chaney was a fantastic cook/guide/entertainer/communicator who led our group of 9 through dishes of amok, lol lac, rolls, salads and desert Great experience, highly recommended!

Sopheap was a wonderful chef. She was very patient and she made sure our experience was full and enjoyable..I will very much recommend this tour ..great fun❤️afterwards we ate it and it was delicious

Sinuon was the lady who took the cookery class and she was amazing to taking me around the market explaining about all foods to teaching how to prep and cook the food, I ended up with the most amazing 3 course meal, there were meat, fish and vegetarian options, I loved it, well with the money!

My first ever cooking class.Sinuon was kind and she answered all my questions with a smile.We went to the local market before the the cooking class.It ended with a hearty self cooked cambodian meal.Thank you.

Very educational, sinuon told a lot during cooking but also with the round on the market. They compare products with products from the Netherlands so you can fake it at home. The recipes she sends too!!
