Channy has it all well organised, she has a good sense of humour and a great manner to guide you through the preparation and cooking. The visit to the market was both eye-opening and informative. Lots of interesting sights and colours. Highly recommended!

5.00Wonderful class with Channy at Paper Tiger Restaurant. We started with a shopping trip to the market and then began to prepare our dishes. Excellent instruction and it was a lot of fun. Our lunch was delicious. Would highly recommend.

5.00Great way to learn about Cambodian food. Our children 8 and 10 enjoyed the prep and cooking. Starter, main and dessert so if you do the morning time slot don’t have a big breakfast.

5.00Wonderful morning spent at Paper Tiger, we got to chose the menu options, guided through the local food market and back to create a feast. Don’t have a large breakfast before you go! The food was delicious and plentiful, and the kids were able to join in as they wished. Sinuon was incredibly gracious and welcoming. Highly recommended experience.

5.00We had a great morning with Channy! The market visit felt a bit rushed, but otherwise this was outstanding. She took the time to show us what to do, recommended alternatives we can get at home and we ended up eating the best meal!
