We will meet at the entrance of the Municipal House. This Art Nouveau building was opened in 1912 and deemed a building “built by Czechs, for Czechs”. It houses the famous Smetana Concert Hall as well as a number of wonderful restaurants and wine bars. Most importantly it was the location of Czechoslovakia’s declaration of Independence.

5.00Recently I went on a Christmas tour in Prague and our guide set up a wonderful evening of the traditional food of Prague. We went to multiple restaurants and had and appetizers at one but they were more than appetizers they were just fabulous and went for a main course and several small bites plus Gelato The tour guide was very engaging and brought us through all kinds of short side streets of Prague and gave us a small tour as we went I would highly recommend this if you have a evening in Prague especially if you are a foody Thanks Carol from St Louis Mo USA

5.00What we honestly enjoyed most about the walking food tour was our guide Kuba. He had a lot of information to share in a very enthusiastic and interesting manner. Even on a very cold night, Kuba always had a trick up his sleeve to keep us warm. The venues he took us too were lively and the food and beer were always plentiful. A fun and memorable event!

5.00George was a wonderful guide, easy for us English-speaking attendees to understand. He laid out the evening's itinerary, and stuck to it. We never felt rushed, the food was excellent, we stopped at four different places, sampling traditional open-faced sandwiches, goulash, different cheeses, stuffed dumplings, schnitzel, and ended with a delicious confection and hot chocolate.

5.00This was a fun experience with the best tour guide. Kuba was able to explain all of the food choices and some of the history of Prague. He was kind, considerate, and very informative. We tried typically Czech cuisine and a few different places and there was a good mix of sweet and savory foods. You will definitely leave feeling full! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Prague and wanting to try the local dishes!
