5.00Our group of friends visited Panama City over Memorial Day weekend with a packed itinerary, hoping to experience as much of the city as possible. When we came across Tomi Tours’ classic Volkswagen tour, we thought there couldn’t be a better way to explore Panama City than from a vintage convertible VW. Our group of three couples split into two cars, with the men and women riding separately, chauffeured by Luigi and Marlon. From the start, both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Communication was excellent—they reached out several days before the tour and confirmed the exact pickup time and location the night before. They even arrived at our hotel, La Compañía, about 10 minutes early, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The nearly two-hour tour was comprehensive and gave us a fantastic overview of Panama City. We visited many of the city’s highlights, including Casco Viejo, the downtown skyline, and the Amador Causeway. Along the way, we made several stops for photos, videos, food, drinks, and to ask questions about the city and its history. The tour concluded at a beautiful waterfront restaurant on the marina, where we enjoyed cocktails while taking in the beginning of a spectacular sunset. Throughout the experience, we felt completely safe and well taken care of. As an added bonus, Luigi and Marlon helped connect us with a reasonably priced private boat charter for the following day despite the very short notice, which ended up being another highlight of our trip. If you’re visiting Panama City, I highly recommend Tomi Tours. It was a unique, fun, and memorable way to experience the city, and Luigi and Marlon truly went above and beyond to make our visit special.

5.00I stayed in the old town "Casco Viejo" in a hotel Tantalo Hotel - Kitchen - Roofbar, is a simple, but very cozy hotel, I liked it a lot. I visited the Panama Canal, several restaurants etc.

5.00Amazing experience with Marlon, he took all around Panama! Casco Veijo, Amador Causeway, Financial District! He knew so much history, stopped to get ice cream, allowed us to take pics with the top down. It was a great time and a wonderful tour, thank you Marlon!

5.00Absolutely phenomenal experience with Tomi Tour!!! I did the 2 Hour Private Classic Convertible Tour solo and it ended up being one of the highlights of my time in Panama City. Riding through the city in a classic convertible felt cinematic, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was my guide, Luigi. He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and genuinely passionate about Panama's history and culture. He made the tour feel personal instead of scripted, sharing stories and local gems I never would've discovered on my own. As a solo traveler, I felt completely comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The views, the vibes, the music, the history , everything was perfect. Highly recommend booking this experience if you want a fun, stylish, and memorable way to see Panama City.

5.00Fun trip! Our guide, Marlon, was friendly and knowledgeable. The VW Thing is a nice way to travel around the city. Even on a hot day, much more fun than a bus or regular car. You also get a lot of smiles and waves from children because you are in a funny-looking car! Marlon knows all the best spots for your Instagram photos!

5.00Jean Pierre was AMAZING! He was full of historical information that he shared with us in a very entertaining manner! We recommend TOMI (and Jean Pierre) for anyone who wants to take a different type of tour around Panama City. The historical VM (a 1979 lemon yellow VW convertible Thing) was the perfect touch for our day!
