Awash National Park you 225 kilometers east of Addis Ababa with its southern boundary along the Awash River and the park covers 756 square kilometers of acacia woodland and grassland. In the south of the park the Awash River gorge has amazing waterfalls. In the upper Kudu Valley at Filwoha are hot springs amid groves of palm trees. In the evening you will have a chance to do a short game drive to see the local wildlife, such as oryx, baboons, greater and lesser kudu, warthogs, gazelles, Columbus monkeys.

Welcome to Ethiopia, On arrival we will meet you at the airport then we will be driving to Awash National Park you 225 kilometers east of Addis Ababa with its southern boundary along the Awash River and the park covers 756 square kilometers of acacia woodland and grassland. Additionally, you’d be very lucky to see leopards, lions, and other cats. The landscapes in the park are beautiful, looking over the Awash Gorge. Today you can drive deep into the park, near the hot springs.

5.00Dagim was an excellent guide. Funny, kind, helpful and informative. He worked hard to find us as many wildlife spotting opportunities as possible. I would really recommend visiting Ethiopia. The birding is almost unbelievable. The driver was excellent as well

4.00Awash National Park, located in the eastern Rift Valley, offers a classic Ethiopian safari experience. Visitors can spot oryx, kudu, baboons, and a variety of bird species near the Awash River. The park also features beautiful landscapes with waterfalls, gorges, and acacia woodlands. Game drives are exciting and accessible, making it perfect for a day or short trip. Tip: Morning drives are ideal, as animals are more active and the light is perfect for photos.

5.00I had a wonderful trip with Dagim (guide) and Barch (the driver)! From the beginning, my pickup at the airport to the end, drop off at the hotel, it was a very professional service. I learned so much about Ethiopia and got to see truly amazing places. The Dogo Lodge was a highlight of the trip, it was so nice to relax in the hot springs. The guys even helped me order vegan food and they were even ordering vegan food too so that we all could share it. Lots of time on the road, but it was the best way to truly see the country. Again, this is one of the most memorable tours I had and I can’t wait to return to Ethiopia again!

5.00Get ready to enjoy from the beginning!! Joshep and the driver arrived on time, they both made an effort to make themselves understood since we do not speak English. They always consulted us about what we wanted to do to optimize our time!! The fabulous Awash Park, the landscape, the waterfalls, the crocodiles, the monkeys, wild boars and the diverse amount of birds, all excellent.- Apart from the experience at Doho Lodge, a paradise in Ethiopia, the hot springs and the sunset were great, the view was priceless, the dinner was fabulous, we were able to rest and replenish energy to return bye bye Abebba at the stipulated time.-

5.00Lovely 2 days Awash tours with perfect help with the booking, before arrival and perfect help from our Guide. We visited Awash national park with its wonderful bird life .Some hours in the car but it was a lovely scenes with a lot of beautiful animals and lovely surroundings. Perfect help from the office of Aman before arrival with helpful information regarding Ethiopian Visa, what to bring and how to act in Ethiopia. Also great help to change the accommodation in Addis Ababa so we could have the hotels we wanted. Picked up at the airport in Bole and after that we were taken care of in a perfect way until the end of our tours.

5.00Yesterday we (a group of 4 friends) made a one-day-trip from Addis Ababa to Awash National Park & Hot Springs. Our guide was Joseph and Nico was the driver. We were collected from the lobby of our hotel early morning and brought back around 19:30 in the evening. Breakfast, lunch and water were included. The trip was excellent! We had a lot of fun, the atmosphere was very friendly. Both gentlemen - Joseph and Nico - are high level professionals. On this trip we learned so much about Ethiopia's history and nature, have seen beautiful animals, birds and plants, enjoyed amazing views. Hot Springs is also a stunning experience. I am very much satisfied with the trip itself as well as with the professionalism and attitude of our guide / driver. So, I can only recommend to book such a trip with these gentlemen.

5.00My friend and I had a wonderful time during our 2 night stay in Awash and the pick up from a airport was on time . The lodge in Doho was stunning and meals were as described in our itinerary. Our tour guide ensured we saw some animals and we were lucky to see some crocodile and our guide was available for any questions. G
