Learn a lot about Thai ingredients in the first part of this course and then applied that knowledge during the cooking stage.

For menu course you can choose your own dishes. You will choose 1 of each categories on the menu so we cook total 5 dishes

Kru Ploy is the owner and teacher of this wonderful course. We will give you very hands-on experience during the time you'll spend with them. From knowing how to tell if your ingredients are fresh and how to prepare them in their kitchen. We will pick up customer from hotel and then we stop at the local market learn some ingredient, shopping, taste same fruit some snake at local market about 30 minutes after that we go to the cooking school pick up the fresh ingredients in the garden and cook 5dishes.

Ploy was so sweet and the class was amazing! She personally picked us up, took us to a local market to introduce us to & shop for some ingredients we might want to bring home, and then drove us to her farm where we had class.

I am a vegetarian with a shellfish allergy. Paint was amazing at making sure my cooking had substitutes for fish sauce and shrimp paste. I feel confident taking the recipes home and being able to cook incredibly flavorful authentic Thai dishes. There were 8 people in my class ranging from a young child to someone in their 50’s with various levels of cooking experience. Everyone successfully made the individual dishes they chose. Thank you for an amazing class!

The cooking class was amazing! We really enjoyed the whole experience! The class started with a visit at a local market to get to know some special Thai ingredients, later we arrived at Baan farm which is located in a super beautiful and peaceful area of Chiang Mai. You will have the opportunity to choose your dishes you liked to cook in advance. The cooking staff was really polite and helpful, everything was described very well and we had a lot of fun while preparing and cooking the dishes. Thank you for this beautiful experience we would definitely recommend this cooking class! Our favorite meal was definitely mango sticky rice and the green curry!

This was a terrific experience. People were wonderful, location was great, and transportation from old village out to the farm was smooth. The visit to the market was also really interesting and we bought some curries to bring home. But the best thing is the actual cooking and eating experience. You get a lot of choices and my wife who usually hates curry really loved hers. We have been in Thailand now for 10 days and this was our best meal of the trip so far and one of two experiences that I would classify as some of the best of my 73 years.

A great Thai cooking course, in a lovely setting. The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were collected and dropped at our hotel and visited a market on the way to be shown various Asian vegetables, herbs and spices. A great experience and tasty lunch and takeaway to end the class.

The cooking school is run by a Thai woman and her family. This is how you visit your mother’s vegetable stall at a local, low-tourism market. Here you were allowed to try a bit and got information about ingredients that you cook with later. A total of 5 dishes were cooked and you could choose whether you want to cook vegan, vegetarian, pesketaric or with meat. We picked herbs, edible flowers and chillies in the cook's garden and were a mixed group of about 17 people. We really liked it. The course was perfectly organized.

Great cooking school, we loved that we could choose 5 dishes per person, so in total we had 10! Vegan options are available, staff is very friendly. We chose the afternoon course so we had a big dinner there and even took two dishes home. We can totally recommend booking this trip.
