This is the Entrance of the Manama Market, it is a historical attraction itself as Travelers hundreds of years ago who came by sea, entered through it.
This area was done in appreciation of the Indians who live in the area, with colorful wall paintings and many Indian Food shops, you will take a quick journey to India.

5.00This tour with Sharifa was an absolute delicious delight. Not only did we taste universally excellent local food, but Sharifa also taught me an extraordinary amount about day to day life and culture in Bahrain. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to eat and learn in Bahrain.

5.00A very enjoyable tour that ticked all the boxes. Yousef and Ahmed were great tour guides full of interesting stories and history. The tour was an easy walk in the soul and nearby streets visiting small shops and cafes/restaurants whilst trying a wide range of local drinks and food. Great fun with a nice crowd of people.

5.00The Bahraini Foodie Tour with Yusuf was one of the highlights of my time in Bahrain! From the moment we met, Yusuf made the experience feel personal and welcoming—like having a local friend guide you through the heart of Manama. We explored the Bab Al Bahrain Souq area, sampling a wide variety of traditional Bahraini foods that I never would have found on my own. Each stop had its own story, and Yusuf tied it all together with fascinating cultural insights and history. I especially appreciated how he connected the dishes to Bahraini traditions and everyday life—it made the food taste even better! Beyond the incredible flavors, what stood out was the atmosphere Yusuf created: fun, relaxed, and full of learning. I walked away not only full of amazing food but with a deeper appreciation for Bahraini culture. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough—whether you’re a foodie, a culture lover, or just curious to experience Bahrain like a local, this tour is a must-do.

5.00Yusuf is super cool and his tour is the best. I'm a solo female traveller and felt fine. He's easygoing, chatty and knowledgeable. recommend him. The food was awesome too. 👌 If you're thinking about booking a food tour don't think - just do it.

5.00We had the most amazing food tour! Yusuf was incredible—truly a local legend who seemed to know everyone we passed. He shared fascinating insights about the area, the culture, and of course, the food. Every stop was delicious, and the tea was the perfect finishing touch. We felt like we were experiencing the city through the eyes of a friend. Highly, highly recommend this tour!

5.00Yusif was really kind to do a solo food tour even though there were none for this day. This was the highlight of my trip here in Bahrain and its a cultural, current and food trip. You learn a tremendous amount about the country and the people, and eating delicious food along the way! He was so funny, intelligent, easy to be around, and I had a great time! I highly recommend this tour. It's very personal and he's very energetic and passionate about his country. 1000% worth it! Thanks Yusif!
