• Every Airport pickup included 1,5 hours waiting time started from the flight landed time. Example your schedule to arrive at 1:00 PM but the flight delay for 30 minutes and its actually landed at 1:30 PM, so we will start the waiting time from 1:30 PM for 1,5 hours. • Please make sure your phone are active and able to take call, or connect your phone to wifi which is free in Bali Airport and have WhatsApp application installed, this will make it easier for us to contact you and you contact us in case you need longer than 1,5 hours waiting time. • Offset Time is 30 Minutes from Flight Landed. To give you enough time to proceed with immigration and luggages we will set an Offset time 30 Minutes from Flight Landed Time which mean Driver will enter the waiting area 30 minutes after flight landed time.

5.00If you’re looking for a reliable and professional tour driver in Bali, I highly recommend Benny. From start to finish, he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Benny is incredibly punctual—he consistently arrives early for pickups, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip. His communication is excellent, he responds promptly on WhatsApp and is always clear and helpful when coordinating plans. What really stood out was his strong command of English, making conversations easy and enjoyable. He also has a great instinct for anticipating what you might need, whether it’s adjusting the itinerary, suggesting good local spots, or ensuring you’re comfortable during longer drives. His rates are very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service he provides. Another thing I truly appreciated was his reliability with airport transfers—he was willing to wait and personally meet us even when our flight was delayed and arrived late at night. Overall, Benny goes above and beyond to make sure his clients have a great experience in Bali. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone visiting the island.

5.00Benny is the best driver ever he made our trip so easy and seamless it was our first time in Bali, we had nothing planned except for that we were staying in Bali for 4 days and a driver to pick us up from the airport that was organised by our resort. He was friendly kind welcoming and accommodating. After letting him know we didn’t have anything planned except for destinations and activities we wanted to do he more than happily swiftly organised and booked all activities and things we wanted to do on the trip. He had wonderful recommendations and when we requested for things in a certain price range as well he had great recommendations and made sure to accommodate when looking for places. His vehicle was clean and he even provided water and had brochures and his travel guide booklet with possible destinations and activities. He was always on time and ensured we were safe and had an exceptional experience. Benny is incredibly lovely and deserves all praise recognition for his efforts I would recommend him to everyone and more and guarantee that are trip was as successful as it was because of his wonderful accomodation and assistance. Bali and it’s beautiful culture and people are wonderful and I truly appreciate the experience.

5.00Our long haul flight was delayed and we exited the airport arrivals after midnight but Beny was still there waiting with a sign and a smile. Good english, good driver and dependable we immediately booked him for our departure from hotel to harbour. Recommended.
