  What great value for money for this experience! Reta was our driver and picked us up on time at our hotel lobby. When we booked the experience the other day he had messaged us on what to bring which was useful in what we needed to prepare. He was friendly and professional and asked if we preferred to go ATV riding first before the rafting and we appreciated being given the option. We went on the ATV ride since we would be getting quite muddy from it. Although there was no type of safety briefing, our guide Justin was great. He was patient when we got stuck in the mud (it was raining heavily the day before) and the entire experience was exciting! Loved going over different terrain, from muddy fields to tunnels to across rice paddies to the stunning and refreshing waterfall! Although we hadn’t booked a private tour, we were lucky that the timing we chose there were no others joining us. The facilities of the place were very clean and the ability to shower after was much appreciated. The entire experience took about 1.5 hours. We even were taken to the area for river rafting and this was the highlight of our trip! It was so much fun and we were lucky enough to join with a group of family and friends who were hilarious. Truly awesome experience all around. It took about 2 hours. Halfway through we stopped at a stall off the shore for refreshments. The uphill climb after really took me out though, but other than that, the experience was a lot of fun and still everyone’s safety was in mind.

  We skipped the white water rafting due to the rain, but thoroughly enjoyed our ATV experience! Family of 2 x adults, 2 x 15 year olds and 2 x 11 year olds. The 15 year olds were old enough to have their own ATV, while the adults and 11 year olds rode on the doubles. The track was exciting and challenging and we had an absolute ball. After the rain there was lots of water and lots of mud and the waterfall was really flowing. Was the highlight of the trip. We purchased the extra picture/video package and very glad we did - amazing quality pictures and videos of the 6 of us - well worth the money.

  Amazing beautiful fun activity. Make sure you bring chabge if clothes. You will get wet and dirty and that is part of the fun of it.

• Kuber is bunch of frauds and thiefs - stay away from them

  Kuber ATV is bunch of frauds. Firstly when we arrived they told us to wait- we waited for an hour before they found us staff for ATV. While taking into tunnels and waterfalls my ATV stopped working and instead of replacing with the new one staff told me to walk until the finish line as they do not have replacement bikes. Locker thief's - they have issued us with the key and they have also issued the same locker key to someone else. When we came back from excursions we found staff members emptying our locker and when I object that this is our locker, they said we found your key at the top of cupboard. I have shown them my issued key and they all starts talking in their own language. When I asked to talk to manager - staff said manager is not here and he is busy attending some king of ceremony. I took all this conversation in video for records. There are lots of other ATV companies. Stay away from Kuber

  Quad bike was really good and one of the best ever atv of my life but i paid more then £160 for rafting and quad bike which is cost not more then £110 i got really scammed from from viator online booking one of the staff said me to not tell price for other which means i paid more then others I asked one the same atv girl they paid only £103 for same atv no comment for atv but online booking from viator is one of scammed online im not happy for that.
