  Our guide Putu was great, his recommendations were on point ! He recommended us a great dance performance for the morning and a great place to eat pork! The only minus is not the fault of the guide, but the waterfall is a bit underwhelming.

  Kadek my guide was excellent, right from the start he explained the options for the tour and we tweaked it to suit me. On the way to the first site we drove into a heavy downpour and so he changed the order of the itinerary and we managed to avoid the rain for most of the day. The bonus to this meant we were the first to arrive at the waterfall, temple and the art shop. The rice terraces were very interesting and I did enjoy walking around (and if you do go there make sure you have good shoes as it is steep in areas). Lunch was in a place a few minutes drive from the rice terraces. Overall this was a great way to see the sights in central Bali

  Pick up was on time we visited temple,waterfall, artist studio,sarong making coffee platation and had lunch h out. Everywhere was very interesting and excellently explained by our driver Putu. Ist class service

  Alex is great!!! He was on time. He suggested great ways (swings) to pass time while we waited for my turn at the Gates of Heaven, he pulled over so I could see the rice fields and explained the processes, and suggested a DELICIOUS local restaurant for lunch (I had take aways). During our travels Alex shared a lot of information on Balinese culture and structure (Great Conversation). We were on the road at 4:30am and I was surprised by the traveling on the road so early for the markets. Balinese work really hard.

  We took a private tour for 2 people. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke very clearly. Our trip to Ubud was long sitting in horrendous traffic which cannot be helped. We visited jewellery making, wood carvings, temple, rice paddys and highlight The Monkey Forest.

  Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Book This Tour! Absolutely the worst tour experience I’ve ever had. First of all, the car provided was in terrible condition – bumpy, uncomfortable, and with no proper facilities for a 12-hour ride. I had to constantly ask for the itinerary because nothing was communicated to me in advance. Thankfully, I had done my own research, otherwise I would’ve been completely lost. The driver picked me up at 4:00 AM from Nusa Dua, but there was no realistic plan to cover all the promised destinations. It was a 3-hour drive to the first stop, and yet the driver kept rushing everything, saying he had to get me back to the hotel by 2:30 PM. He completely skipped key locations that were included in my package like Tirta Empul, Tirta Gangga, and the Monkey Sanctuary – all under the excuse that “there wasn’t enough time” or the “lines were too long.” This is either poor planning or a complete scam. The package clearly stated it included Ubud, the Gates of Heaven, and the swing experience – all of which cost me nearly $400. On top of that, the driver kept pushing me to give him a tip throughout the ride, which was beyond unprofessional. I was nauseous the entire ride due to the poor car condition and rough driving. No one contacted me the day before to discuss the plan or even check in. I felt rushed, ripped off, and completely disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to waste your time and money. If you must book, make sure you have a detailed itinerary in writing beforehand, confirm the vehicle condition, and be ready to stand your ground.
