5.00The trip was great and so very well organized. Just the timings were very less and hurried. Could’ve extended because it was all so rushed and couldn’t do anything properly.

5.00An excellent day with Bali Hai’s super team first stop on board the ocean going raft was to snorkel with huge manta rays - be ready to plunge in at short notice! Second snorkelling spot calm area with clear waters and turtles near the cliff edge. Team on board super aware of safely and range of swimming abilities. Wonderful views of the coastline up close due to the raft’s ability to manoeuvre easily. Tasty rolls and fresh fruit on board. Trip overland provided great insight into life on island with little water for irrigation. Slow going on the roads to 3 wonderful but very busy locations. Road congestion slowed progress on land and the tourist spots were too busy for us. The best bits were definitely the time on the raft. We enjoyed the bumpy ride homeward. Organisation, care and concern for our enjoyment from the team on Sunday 13th April 2025 was exceptional. Thank you.

5.00I had a great experience on this day tour to Nusa Penida. Everything was very well organized and they delivered exactly what they promised. The schedule was well thought out, with enough time to enjoy each activity without feeling rushed. The guides were very friendly, attentive, and punctual. The food was delicious, and the facilities throughout the tour were clean and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this tour – it was a fantastic way to explore the island!

5.00Spectacular day tour from Bali to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. It was a real luck to be accompanied on this trip by our Guide Arya and her super professional team. First stops for snorkeling in Manta Bay and Angel Billabong, where we admired a colorful coral reef full of fish, even large ones. We continued with the off-road tour of Nusa Penida, a pristine tropical paradise with breathtaking views of its towering cliffs. Last stop on Lembongan Island where we relaxed in the beautiful Mashroom Bay after a hearty lunch, before returning to Bali. Really highly recommended.

5.00My partner and I were looked after so fabulously by Bali Hai Cruises. From the moment we were collected from our accommodation to our arrival back at the end of the day. We disembarked from Bali Hai's HQ in Benoa Harbour for a comfortable ride on the ocean raft, which was scenic and enjoyable. Our first stop snorkeling with Manta Ray's off of Nusa Penida which was a magical experience. The staff gave clear instructions, made us feel very safe and helped us to get the best out of the time we had there. We then arrived at Crystal Bay and we're met by our driver we visited some amazing locations around Penida and the staff took some incredible photographs of my partner and I at Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong and Kelingking Beach. We also managed to fit in a bit more snorkeling at Crystal Bay and off Lembongan island. Morning tea and lunch was very satisfying and tasty. We made great friends with the guides and can't begin to explain how much we learned about the islands and culture of the area. Our last stop was the beach club which was the perfect relaxing end to a fun filled day. There were many activities available to do but my partner and I chose to relax near the pool with a few bintangs to end our day. We spent our ride home reflecting on all the amazing things we had done that day. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys being in and on the water!!! The Absolute highlight of our holiday!!!
