During this tour, we will be showing you the "Must-Eats" dishes of Bali in the best place to experience this, in Denpasar, the Capital of Bali.
This tour will introduce you to everything from Balinese sweets, main courses and even local drinks. You will also get a brief history of each tasting in order to fully indulge in the Balinese Cuisine offered in this island.

Badung Market Dempasar Bali
We start in front of the Badung Market in Denpasar, which is the biggest local market. We start by handpicking local fruits (Don't be surprised if you have never seen some of them)

After Badung Market, we will be walking around the neighborhood to continue our food expedition. We start by tasting a very unique sweet/salty dish that is surely memorable. Then we would be heading to what is called a "Warung" a very famous type of restaurants found in all of Indoneisa.

5.00Our guide, June, was very friendly and knowledgeable, both about Denpasar and the food we tasted. Absolutely delicious food, including local coffee in places you might not visit as a first time tourist - but will definitely go back to for an authentic local experience.

5.00June was an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable guide! She led us to amazing food that we never would have found on our own, while giving us helpful tips and just having great conversations along the way. She even sent us the names of the dishes afterwards so we can (try to) find them again on our own. She is a wonderful guide and all around good person. 10/10 recommend!

5.00Highly recommended. We wanted to ensure we had the taste of Bali as we tend to pack our holidays with a lot of excursions and this was a way to guarantee it. We were not disappointed. Such outstanding, tasty local food and a good variety. Be prepared to pace yourself because you will want to finish everything that is provided to you. June was a great host and tour guide. Very warm and welcoming with great knowledge. You will be very lucky to have her as your guide.

5.00What a fantastic experience! June is wonderful and points out key places on the walk, she is very knowledgeable. So, much, food!! Brilliant! The Godzilla chicken was awesome, the clay pot, the noodles, the mangosteen, the coffee, the pandan cake…….. Use Gojek as there are no taxis in the main city. Thank you June 🙌🏼

5.00This has to be one of the best food tours I have done. Our guide was full of knowledge on the history of Bali and the food. The tour took us through Denpasar which is very different to the tourism areas Like Kuta and Seminyak. The market tour was awesome as you are amongst locals. The food and amount available was brilliant. Highly recommended

The variety of stops, where we might never have tried the unique flavours, was surprising and delicious. We totally recommend this tour for its relaxed approach and variety of foods. 5.00Absolutely amazing 👏. The food was fantastic! The guide was amazing!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. It really is a all you can eat tour. Bring a bag for the left overs and feed yourselves for the next day as well! 😆
