1.00Driver never showed up we had to ring for another driver- and we requested a refund- however they insisted driver arrived but claimed we checked from hotel- we where denied the refund

5.00Our driver in Ubud, Jik Satira, was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely professional, punctual, and made the entire day smooth and enjoyable. He knew the area very well and provided great recommendations, allowing us to experience both the popular sights and some hidden gems. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he was always courteous and accommodating to our schedule. What really stood out was his genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. I would not hesitate to book with Jik Satira again and highly recommend his services to anyone visiting Ubud.
