• My driver was great. I would do it again!

  The ultimate trip that I took with this company deserves five stars! They only got four because the day before my trip was scheduled, I got an email from them saying that they could not honor my request for a non-smoking driver, since all of their drivers smoked. I am highly sensitive / allergic to cigarette smoke and the smell on someone's body or in the car would give me respiratory issues. So, not letting me know until 24 hours ahead, and hence too late to cancel without losing my fee, is what gave them the four star rating. However, to their credit I would ultimately give them a five star because they worked with me and although it took an extra day, they found a freelance driver to hire for the day who was a non-smoker. He was magnificent. The car was immaculate. I had a wonderful time. Great conversation with the driver and he told me so many things about Indonesia and Bali. Very glad that I did this, but it would have been less stressful if they would just hire a couple of non-smoking drivers.

  I had Made Astama as my driver on January 25 for 10 hours and he was phenomenal. His driving was smooth and I felt safe. He knew every back road to avoid traffic. He took us to sights that I wouldn't have thought of like Bali swing. He acted as our photographer at the different sights. He encouraged me to touch a snake and make a wish at Tanah lot. ( something I would have never done without his encouragement). He explained the history and answered all my questions not matter how ridiculous.

  We booked this at the last minute on the morning of the day we needed it, and it was available! The driver was early and he was very friendly, and took us to all the places we wanted to go. He also suggested orher places we might like. We only needed him for several hours, and we had a great time experience.

  My driver's name was Wah. He was so patient with us; he made sure we experienced every part of Ubud. His care was clean and he was very polite. I would highly recommend him to any one who was visiting Bali. He took us to the coffee plantation, Bali swing, rice terrace and the cultural dance. Food was amazing and he made sure we enjoyed ourselves. 10 out of 10! This was our family Christmas trip and I'd do it again.

  Ask for Astama to drive you! Really nice guy! Gave us good advice during the day, was all in all happy and helpfull. I recommend this trip for sure! Easy and cheap way to explore many places in bali without the group hustle.
