Great service! Was picked up and dropped off at hotel both driver and tour guide was very informative and helpful ! The balloon ride it self was a very smooth transition to get on and off and during the ride as well!

Amazing experience, “Tlatoani Tours Mexico” Balloon flight + pick up in CDMX , Breakfast in Cave and de pilón tequila tasting. Is worth every penny. See the sunrise and fly over the pyramids. Pictures can’t really capture the beauty and glory of this beautiful place. Having breakfast at La cueva was another beautiful experience, the food was delicious. Thank you guys, you do an amazing job

Barbara is the best! She super friendly and professional. If you plan on going in the winter month, it’s cold in the morning, hot when you’re done. But staff provides warms waiting area, a small outside heater, coffee and snacks. BUT waering layers works at this time of year. BARBARA is super helpful and VERY PATIENT! She is super organized and anticipates what you might need before you need it!

This was one of my favorite experiences that I’ve had on my trip, everyone was so friendly and our hot air balloon went smoothly. We got to learn about the culture. Highly recommend if you’re going to CDMX.

Had such a great tour with Miguel! This was very organized and kept us moving majority of the time. Miguel always informed us of every step of the way what we were going to do. I had fun throughout my whole day. Highly recommend!

Miguel was an amazing guide! Extremely personable, knowledgeable, and kept a smooth agenda throughout our trip. The air balloon ride itself was so smooth and definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Mexico City. I absolutely recommend Miguel as a guide - he’s the best!
