Scammed! We paid over £100 for photographs and still have not received over a week later, we were meant to get them the day of. Would like to have this rectified but not a clear way to contact anyone.

The balloon ride (with Globo Tetris) and the breakfast at La Cueva (for chilequilas) was fantastic - our guide for the morning Barbara was lovely and shared some local knowledge. The overall tour was probably a little long for us (especially after getting up at 4am) as after breakfast it includes an artesian experience at a touristy store (30 mins), and then an hour and a half at Teotihuacan on foot - so we didn’t get back to Mexico City until 1-2pm after leaving at 4:30am (a little longer than expected). It would be good to have the option of just the balloon ride and breakfast, as you see Teotihuacan from the balloon. Cheers !

Overall experience was very professional. The team showed up at the hotel on time for pick up, got to the meeting point where they had coffee and everything ready for departure. Day was beautiful which made the whole experience much more special.

It was great. Just do it! Wake up at 3:50 am, they drive you to a location where there is tea and coffee and little fires and they check you in. Then you wait for the balloons to fill with hot air. Bring a coat, it’s chilly. Very professional operation and pilot.

This was on my adventure bucket list and I'm so thankful for it. From beginning to end a breathtaking experience! Be prepared for an early morning and bundle up. Our guide Barbara was phenomenal. Very informative and always available for any questions and concerns.
