I really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. Ira was an excellent guide and was able to share so many fantastic facts and history about Baltimore. If staying in Baltimore I recommend this tour early in your stay to get a great lay of the land and recommendations on sites to see more in depth and even some restaurants to try. Ira does all kinds of tours so I hope to take another one when I’m back in town.

We almost didn’t visit Baltimore as we had heard such negativity…. We are sooo glad we came and took this “I Love Baltimore Neighborhood Tour”. There was sooo much we learned in 90 minutes. We appreciated all that Ira had to share with us! After our tour we went back and explored some of the places we passed by. We have already decided we will be back!! Thank You for a safe and informative tour!

Steve was a great tour guide. very knowledgeable. We went all around Baltimore. I would have missed things if I had tried to did it by myself.

Our tour consisted of four people in the tour guy was outstanding. His name was Ira. He was extremely personable. He gave serious knowledge about the history of Baltimore. He took us to areas of town showed us a lot of places to eat, but also gave us the history. we also ended up at Fort McHenry at the end of the tour. It was excellent. The only problem that I had was, I wasn’t able to give Ira a tip cause I didn’t have any change.

Steve drove us around Baltimore. I would say 75% of his dialogue was talking about restaurants, even reading from their signs. “You could get ice cream there, they offer eco friendly and vegan friendly options” “that place offers indoor and outdoor seating” Occasionally he would mention something of historical significance or sprinkle in stories of growing up in Baltimore. He would point out ‘that rowhouse has a roof, that’s expensive, but it would be nice.’ The tour was not without value, but did not provide much historical info.

Time well spent! Knowledgable and friendly guide. A great way to get a sense of Charm City and it’s rich history.
