  The combination of transfer between cities and a tour of the Banff attractions was a great way to get between Calgary and Vancouver. The coaches were on time and the coach leaders were helpful.

  Everything went very smoothly. We were picked up from our hotel in Calgary and taken to Jasper, rest and comfort stops were regular and spaced out well. We met the rest of the tour at breakfast in Jasper, also our tour director Jeff Kurta and our driver Paul. They made sure we were able to see all that had been promised and had time to see everything at each stop. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made our first ever trip to Canada thoroughly enjoyable. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

  We just completed a 4 day Key West Travel and Tours package with a two day Rocky Mountaineer add-on (Lake Louise to Vancouver). The tour was excellent! It was well organized, competent and friendly staff (Andrew was our bus driver, Jackie was our tour director). We packed a lot of sightseeing of all the best places and were given adequate time at each stop. We could not have asked for a better get-away. Thank you!

  Our trip included two days on the Rocky Mountaineer, which was arranged by KeyWest Travel and Tours as part of an overall package. We originally booked the trip three years ago but Covid ran interference on our plans and we had almost given up hope of ever getting to Canada. However, thanks to the perseverance and patience of Christina from KeyWest, we eventually made the trip and we are so grateful we did. We had a wonderful time and everything went to plan. The sightseeing was just excellent and never ending. Not for a moment did we get bored. The tour guide on the coach (Jeff) was perfect for the job. He kept us informed throughout about the various regions and their history, and he knew just the right times of day to visit certain areas, keeping us away from the hordes also visiting. The hotel in Banff was very nice indeed, as was the town itself. The overnight hotel in Jasper would have been okay on a cooler evening. The room was okay but without air con after a 36C day, it was stifling hot. However, it was only one night and did not detract from the overall wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone of any age, especially if it was organised by KeyWest.
