We'll meet at Yaowarat to discover the rich Thai-Chinese culinary marriage that make this district one of the city's most buzzing street food spots. It's not just about the food though. It's about the people behind the plates who have dedicated their lives to cooking on the street.

*Note: Our morning departure times have the same great food and majority of the same stops as our evening tours. Due to the operating hours we use a couple of alternate stops that open during the daytime*

In small groups of up to 8 exclusive guests, our passionate foodie guides take you on a journey around the alleyways of Yaowarat, Bangkok's Chinatown. We don't want to spoil the surprises, but prepare to drool over crispy chive dumplings with nam jim jaew sauce, mop up rich satay with charcoal-grilled chicken, work chopsticks over slow-braised pork, and delve into fragrant steamy bowls of shrimp dumplings and poh taek seafood soup, along with a dozen more lip-smackingly good tastings at places you'd struggle to find alone.

5.00What a fantastic experience! The food was delicious! Things I would not know to try and certainly wouldn’t learn about. And not just what to eat, but how to eat it (what sauce etc) It’s small groups and a slick operation - they whisk you into tiny places and you don’t have to wait long for anything but I didn’t ever feel rushed. They took note of dietary requirements (in our group there was only 1 lactose intolerant). Our guide was Johnny and he is brilliant - knowledgeable and funny. They took such good care of us and made it so easy and such good fun. Can not rate highly enough. Next time I’m back in Bangkok I’ll go again.

5.00What an amazing experience! We had been to Chinatown before but to be honest we’re a little underwhelmed as we didn’t know where to go or what to eat. During this tour our family were able to really understand about the history of Thai food and Thai culture. Our tour guides were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. I recommend to try all dishes (as they’re all great) and it’s an opportunity to experience new tastes! The whole experience was seamless and we would definitely book a chefs tour again!

5.00A great way to experience the Bangkok street food scene, especially if you’re an unsure what to get. We had some standards like green curry, satay, and dumplings, to food I never had like white pepper soup, hot pot, and a black soy sauce ice cream (delicious)
