Our tour was carefully curated and will take you on a journey through the backstreets of Bangkok, mopping up a 15+ taster menu in street spots and eateries that have been serving locals for decades. We'll meet at Yaowarat to discover the rich Thai-Chinese culinary marriage that make this district one of the city's most buzzing street food spots. It's not just about the food though. It's about the people behind the plates who have dedicated their lives to cooking on the street.

Many are unaware of China's centuries-long influence on Thailand that has permeated much of Thai cuisine. From noodles to stir-fry, it's time to feast on the history of this culinary marriage. In small groups of up to 8 exclusive guests, our passionate foodie guides take you on a journey around the alleyways of Yaowarat, Bangkok's Chinatown. We don't want to spoil the surprises, but prepare to drool over crispy chive dumplings with nam jim jaew sauce, mop up rich satay with charcoal-grilled chicken, work chopsticks over slow-braised pork, and delve into fragrant steamy bowls of shrimp dumplings and poh taek seafood soup, along with a dozen more lip-smackingly good tastings at places you'd struggle to find alone.

There are so many places to eat in Chinatown, Bangkok. This tour cherry picked some of the best and well hidden gems. Our guide - Tak - was extremely knowledgeable and interesting . Each dish we ate was delicious and there was plenty of food. The whole experience was well organised and excellent value for money.

Such a great experience. We had an absolutely amazing time with Pang - she was the perfect guide to take us around Chinatown and show us some delicious food. We had foods we've never tried before - and would never know to try on our own. If you love food and want to try lots of different things I 100% recommend this tour - just remember to go hungry! There is SO much food to try and we struggled to taste everything because there was so much food. The group size was great, there were 8 of us in total, 4 from our friend group and another group of 4. The guides were excellent with allergies and food preferences (one pescarian and one tree nut allergy in our friend group - and a few people who didn't like shellfish in the larger group) Pang really made sure everyone was catered to as best as she could - really impressed! Definitely worth the price for the food and experience - we loved it and would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant experience tasting food in and around china town. Soya sauce ice cream was a particular favourite.

I enjoyed the food tour of China Town, the food was interesting even if not to my taste fully (you need to love seafood for the last bit), Ant and her friend ( the man with the money) were brilliant, kept everything in time and explained the locations and food really well. All in all very good.

Well organized, but lacking personality and variety. Experienced the same tour about 3-4 years ago and it hadn’t changed a bit. Guide very nice, but her English wasn’t very good and the group missed a lot of her stories because of that.

Thailand is very serious about their food. I think we had 15 different dishes walking through various parts of Chinatown. There is a sauce to match every dish. It was a lot of fun going in back allies to find true authentic food and seeing how the food is prepared.

Such a great tasting tour, on hidden alleyways and the main thoroughfare of Chinatown. Our guide Oh was fabulous as was Om, running ahead to secure our tables/ plastic stools! We tasted a wide variety of sweet and savoury dishes and left completely full!!
