1.00Total rip off, no transport, no guide so no value added by Viator. Admission price at the gate is 500 Bhat so dont waste your money on this trip. Misadvertised as offered with a guide and transport.

1.00DO NOT PURCHASE. Grand Palace didn’t allow me to use the purchased tickets. They made it clear that they do have or use third party ticket holders. Just go there & buy the ticket. Tried to get refund. I think I received partial refund. I will fight for my full refund.

1.00The Grand Palace is definitely worth a visit, however, we got there to discover the ticket we'd been sent couldn't be used (had a bar code rather than a QR code). Resulted in having to buy additional tickets at the site. When got back, found QR tickets had been sent by WhatsApp but was too late for our trip unfortunately.
