5.00The airport lounge is excellent; it is worth the price. All you can eat or drink is clean, well-staffed, stuffed, kind, and polite. Very helpful. There are work areas, rest areas for you to work, eat, or relax, and different foods for everyone's palate

1.00The supplier give me wrong bar code and also the staff doesn't speak English or another language I don't know about other lounges but the one in domestic is zero

5.00The Mirage Suvarnabhumi Airport lounge in Bangkok was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. There were lots of food and drink choices. The shower facilities were nice and clean. I would book this lounge again.

5.00We had a four hour layover at Bangkok airport enroute from Kho Samui to Manchester and we had access to the Thai Airways Royal Orchid lounge. Probably one of the best lounges we have ever been it. Loads of space, two seperate buffets for Thai and Western food, a champagne and cocktail bar and comfortable seating throughout. Would highly recommend.

1.00This is a very difficult review to write. The QR code was sent via Viator app, but couldn't be downloaded. I got into the lounge without the code, but was. Basically asked to leave. Felt so anxious when I was supposed to be enjoying my time in the lounge.

5.00Wonderful spacious facility. Love the hot made to order noodle soup. Great selections of food, pastry and drinks. There is full shower bathroom available and it is super clean.

4.00I had a great discover today . I went to the lounge by mistake . I left and returned . The staff on the photo attached made me decided to go back because of her smile and ready to serve gesture . I am impressed by her . She served me a glass of Chang beer Everyone in the service and hospitality industry should be like her to make every customer contact a positive one . Help me to say Thank You to her for the BIG and friendly smile . Keep the good work .

5.00I'm in the middle of the nicest n biggest airport I have ever experienced. Its astonishing, beautiful n huge And the most special n surprising thing I have experienced was getting Muslim Prayer Room, because in a Buddhist centric country like Thailand 🇹🇭 its very worm welcoming for Muslims.

4.00I used the miracle VIP room in D5, and the receptionist was very kind. I had a simple and delicious meal here. After drinking a bottle of Thai beer, I sat on the sofa and took a nap, then took a shower. Although there is no hot water in the shower area, it is quite spacious and visually gives you the feeling of being a VIP when using it. The overall feeling is that the reception, food, and equipment are pretty good, but there are a little less fruits and pastries. It's good to have a rest here while waiting for your connecting flight.
