The line for customs and immigration counters are usually very long, and you may have to wait for an hour or at times up to two hours during peak times, which not is a pleasant start of your vacation or business trip. Even for on arrival visa you may need to wait for a long queue sometime it is even 2-3 hours before your turns comes. Sun Leisure World is launching fast track visa service, where our people will pick you up inside the Fast-Track Lane and take you in a lane where only VIP/Business Class passenger is allowed only. Our Sun Fast Track Service includes: - A uniformed assistant holding a signboard with your name inside the Fast-Track Lane - Limited queue at the fast track immigration counter – with guidelines and help from our ground floor assistant - Our assistant escort you to the right baggage claim conveyor and then to your airport representative - If any lost baggage our assistant will assist you. - Our SUN fast track service will not cover Visa on Arrival service. For those who have to do VISA on arrival shall be escorted to the normal Immigration lane and follow normal procedure, due to the laws of Thailand and the regulations in Suvarnabhumi Airport. We will be limited to provide you a service of escorting only with limited queue and speed check out.

We got of a long flight and our attendant was waiting for us at the gate. She escorted us right through immigration. Very easy and fast. .

Such a disappointment! We were NOT met at the gate as promised. Our domestic flight's arrival was late, connection time to our international flight was short, and we had none of the assistance purchased. This is after reassurances from Viator's staff and (eventually) the local provider Sun Leisure that we would be met at the gate. Communication from Sun Leisure by text and phone was poor and confusing. They do not appear to be equipt to deliver the service advertised. This was a bad experience. I have requested a refund from Viator & hope that at least this aspect is handled correctly.

The website is not clear about what to expect. We needed to get through immigration, collect bags, go through customs, and then check in at another airline--which I detailed in a message. I wasn't sure what aid we'd get. And I never received any clarification. When we arrived, we walked down the passageway to an intersection and a man was there with our names. He put us in a cart and drove us quite a long distance to where we went through immigration separately from others. We never saw our driver again. He didn't speak English, so we couldn't ask him questions. We then headed to baggage. So, was the cost worth the cart ride past everyone else? Yes, because we had a tight connection. However we had to wait for our bags with everyone else, so if your bags are unloaded towards the end, I'm not sure how much time you'd save. It was great to not have to queue in line, but if you're not in a rush... The biggest negative was not getting a sense of the service that you will receive--absolutely no communication.
