Some examples are: A bar run by a female owner in lovely kimono with a wide selection of fragrant, fruity sake; One owned by a sake-buff couple where you can choose from a whole range of popular sake brands, as well as some hard-to-find stuff; One that offers various locally-brewed sakes, and actually sells them for you to bring back home as a souvenir.
