Set sail from the Careenage in Bridgetown aboard an authentic sailing catamaran for a laid-back yet thrilling three-hour adventure. Slip into the crystal-clear waters of Carlisle Bay to snorkel alongside graceful sea turtles, discover colorful coral, and explore historic shipwrecks alive with tropical fish. After your snorkeling experience, sit back and enjoy a relaxing sail across Carlisle Bay before returning to the Bridgetown dock. Prefer to keep the beach day going? Guests are welcome to stay on Carlisle Bay beach after the tour instead of using the return transport. (This option requires guest to make their own arrangements for return transport.) Carlisle Bay is famous for its very soft white sand and is lined with restaurants and beach bars. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent (not included). All snorkeling and safety gear—including life jackets—is provided, along with unlimited drinks, spacious deck areas and shaded seating. To keep the experience intimate and relaxing, we limit each cruise to just 12 guests.

5.00Such a wonderful day with Christopher and Marlin, they really looked after us all. There was an endless supply of rum cocktails and soft drinks for the kids, delicious lunch and of course the snorkeling spots! The ship wreck was our favourite spot and we were lucky enough to see turtles, stingray and lots of beautiful fish. Marlin took my son (8) along with him in the water as the current on that day was quite strong. It also meant the adults could relax and also enjoy the snorkeling. My daughter (6) decided to stay on the boat with Christopher and they had a wonderful time dancing. Highly recommend the 5 hour trip over the 3 as the lunch was definitely a highlight.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing day with Small Cats Barbados! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, fun, and incredibly memorable. We snorkeled at two different locations. The first stop was to see sea turtles—and it did not disappoint! We saw so many turtles along with tarpon, jacks, and a variety of beautiful tropical fish. The second stop took us to an area with shipwrecks, which was just stunning. The water was crystal clear and full of marine life—truly a snorkeler’s dream. Captain Christopher was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease the entire trip. After snorkeling, we enjoyed a relaxing sail along the coast of Barbados, which was absolutely beautiful. First mate Josh was fantastic—an amazing bartender, great photographer, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everyone was comfortable, assisted guests in and out of the water, and even guided us during the snorkeling. Drinks were plentiful, including water, sodas, juices, and delicious island rum drinks. The boat itself was spacious and comfortable, and with only about 10 guests onboard, it felt very personal and uncrowded. Overall, this was an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Barbados. Truly a perfect day on the water!

3.00The crew and boat were awesome. Getting from port to boat was easy and efficient. But snorkeling spots were over crowded. And you have 30 groups all trying to see turtles.

5.00Fantastic day out snorkelling and sailing up the coast thanks to Christopher and his team. We booked privately as a group of ten friends/family and it was all very well managed by Small Cats. On the day of our trip a driver picked us up and dropped us off at our accommodation. Christopher and Daniel did a great job looking after us on the boat and provided a lovely lunch - not to mention plentiful drinks! Thanks again!

5.00We had a lovely time sailing on the bay and snorkeling with Christopher and Chris! We saw a few sea turtles and tons of beautiful fish, in a small group of 8. Christopher even showed us how to sail.

5.00It was a great decision to book this tour. We were lucky that we were just 4 people on the boat. It couldn’t get more private than this. Chris was a great host. Both the snorkeling and sailing experience was fabulous.

5.00At first when we saw the boat, we were concerned bc we had my 84 year old Mom with us and were expecting a much larger boat. However, Chris and Daniel took great care of her and all of us. They were extremely attentive to our needs throughout and we had an amazing time and a beautiful day together. I highly recommend sailing with them. Take the morning run so you have a better chance of seeing the turtles feeding.

5.00We had the fortune of taking the snorkeling trip this morning and had a fantastic time. We snorkeled at two spots very early in the trip, thanks to the help of Daniel and Christopher. Both made our day fun and informative. After snorkeling we sailed up the west coast and enjoyed conversations, plus had beverages. We were only on for the 3 hour tour, but those who continued were being served lunch. We truly enjoyed the smallness and quaintness where we got to meet a super nice family from the UK. Anyone looking to snorkel Barbados and want to avoid the huge crowded catamarans, we highly encourage taking this trip.

5.00Great tour. Christopher and Marlon were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They knew where to go for the best snorkeling in the area. They were very attentive to safety. The sailing was very peaceful and relaxing. Having a small group made it very personable. The catamaran was very nice as well.

5.00We had a great time with Christopher and Nathaniel. They were friendly and informative. We felt well taken care of. The snorkelling was fun, we saw lots of fish and the wrecks were interesting to see.
