5.00When I had to change our pick-up time from the original booking, the operator was able to adjust and clearly advise when the driver would meet us at the cruise terminal. Using WhatsApp it was easy to coordinate arrival and location, and our pick-up was smooth and the trip to our hotel quick and comfortable.
