This was a very fun day! The overall experience was fabulous. The paella we made & got to eat tasted excellent, as did the almond cake. Simon made it a lot of fun & was very informative. There is a lot of walking & standing, though.

This was one of me and my husbands highlights of our trip to Europe. Not knowing what to expect upon arrival. We were greeted warmly and introduced to the group to one another. Everyone was very nice, we got along like family. The instructor was AMAZING! Would definitely do this again. I have already recommended this to close friends and family.
