It is difficult to anticipate when La Sagrada Familia will be crowded. Typically, major attractions experience long queues during peak travel periods such as summer, weekends, Christmas, Easter, and local holidays. By purchasing a skip-the-line ticket, you can bypass the queue if there happens to be one. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict specific days and times when lines are likely to form.
To ensure safety, all visitors are required to pass through metal detectors at the security checkpoint. Please anticipate a wait time of approximately 20-30 minutes to clear security.
In order to enter the Sagrada Familia Basilica, visitors are expected to dress appropriately as it is a Catholic church. Tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts, or sandals are not permitted. Additionally, visitors are not permitted to enter the church wearing clothing intended for celebrations or festivities.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Customers must bring an ID to prove their age. If you cannot show the correct proof of age, Sagrada Familia will not allow entry, and you won't be able to get a refund.

The Sagrada Família is hands down one of the most beautiful & ingenious works of art & architecture I have ever witnessed! But what also made this experience memorable for me, was the way in which our tour-guide Filipe, presented this this experience to us!

5.00Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and also works at Sagrada Familia when she is not giving tours. Best to travel light when visiting as there is an airport style security check before entry.

5.00I mostly wanted to thank my tour guide - she was the Golden Tour 10:30am slot on Saturday morning. We could not have asked for a better tour, she was so insightful, and so thorough but engaging. I truly connected with the space in a different way because of her.

5.00An unforgettable experience! Gerald was kind and knowledgeable, providing us fantastic background and details about Sagrada Familia and its creator. I don’t think we waited in a single line- and the tour was the perfect length. Im still going through my pictures and am SO glad I went and that we had the tour guide we did!!
